Pros:

New building. Only 6 years old.

Cons:

Breakfast. I can’t believe they serve breakfast with plastic utensils, the kind you can buy from Dollarama. It’s such a cheap approach for a $200 room price tag per night. No way.

Much more than a 2-Star !
Pros:

Top notch Hilton branded hotel. We had a king suite with sofa with walk-in shower. Wood floors! Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Daily maid service with the softest towels. Bathroom is large and could use an extra safety bar in shower. It's nice that toilet is comfort height (a little taller than standard). There wasn't an in-room safe.
The free breakfast was very adequate and delicious with the usual hot and cold items, plenty of seating and coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. The public areas are also very clean and maintained and there is plenty of staff tending to the hotel and morning breakfast room. Plenty of free parking including accessible (bring your pass to display!) and baggage trollies should you need them. Only 10 minutes from YYG Airport. Would definitely stay here again. Perhaps rate a 2 star because they don't have a restaurant on site? I would say at minimum 3/5 star.

Great place to say and have a workout and breakfast, close to a lot of things in town.
Pros:

The gym, the in house breakfast bar, great staff.

Usually good, but this time was disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel building is nice and clean.

Cons:

People partied in the hall immediately outside our door late into the night- lots of loud talking. Early the next morning, children were running, shouting and playing in the hall outside our door starting at 700AM the next morning. So, we didn't get much sleep and assume it was parents late at night hanging out in the hallway, and their children early the next morning as it was 1030AM before they left. We tried to sleep in, but no luck and missed the breakfast. The situation was not dealt with by the hotel. We were told that the manager sent out emails...
