Warning. Kids tournament it can be noisy until you complained.
Pros:

That it was clean, bed were comfortable, the heating was quiet and breakfast had very good selection.

Cons:

After 10:00 pm I had to call because of noise. There was a lot of kids 8-12 and they were noisy, it made it difficult to sleep, we had an early morning departure. When I called the front desk, he asked if we could call after 10:30 if the noise continued, don’t know if they did not want to be bothered or they are use to it lasting until such time?? I said that I would like them to call now, which they did and the noise subsided enough to get to sleep, at least around us.

disappointing end to stay

breakfast was good, location , convenient staff pleasant

Cons:

heating system came on at midnight, sounded like an idling freight train, by 3AM, I was coughing, frequently, I have allergies, among them mold & dust spores that I am most triggered by. I question the frequency of deep cleaning you do on the heating/ cooling unit in the room. I have had this issue in older hotels before, I knew immediately what was happening when I started coughing. Ended up on 3 medications for a week. the facility overall appeared clean & the hotel itself did not look that old. a new unit might be in order as it certainly did not sound healthy, i feel I paid the price for that.

It was ok, but definitely room for improvement

Cons:

Our bed was broken and very noisy. We had to change rooms and it was a downgrade but at least the beds weren’t squeaking. We were never reimbursed for the downgrade. Very small pillows.

the bathroom sink was clogged, toilet seat loose, and hand held shower head broken.
We spoke with the front desk, after much discussion the issues were resolved. Took extra effort due to booking.com, however in the end issues resolved to our satisfaction

that becauses we booked with booking.com we were bounced around by the hotel saying they have no control because we booked with booking.com. From the client prospective, this is not our problem on how the booking works. The hotel is accountable for issues at their hotel.
