WE Hotel

At first I had booked the main tower view room but in the afternoon it is too hot. The hotel staff was nice to finding new room in the opposite side for me. Location is quite convenient.

Rooms are nice but .. not their fault .. booking as much as trip advisor proposed rooms without window !! Feel like a jail..

Excellent location (under 5 mins walk to Splash Out and Maha Tower).

Super tiny bathroom making it a bit inconvenient if staying for a few days. Manageable for a day.

Room was tidy and ready. Crisp white linen and clean white towels.

Early check-in was a bit customer unfriendly. Our room was already ready an hour before their check-in time but we were only allowed to check-in an hour early after payment of RM15/hr which is not much and would be reasonable if they got my room ready out of turn. Paying for an already ready and available room seemed unnecessary and customer friendly.

Overall good as clean and functional for a short stay, may not consider for medium/long stays.

It’s a budget friendly hotel with all the basic amenities needed especially for solo, business or even small groups . It’s not fancy but the location is okay and the staff, especially Dan, is very friendly and helpful. Wifi and the shower (hot water) worked perfectly .

The hotel is located in a conveninet location, within walking distance to the Lagenda park and Eagle square-- which are a must see. I walked there twice in about 15- 20 minutes; it would cost about 10 RM by Grab taxi. Some rooms have a good view of the Maha tower and the bay --the tower lights up at night and is really beautiful. The bed is quite comfortable and the WIFI is very strong . The shower and hot water runs alright . The staff, Dan, was very helpful and helped me to complete my itinerary . I was travelling alone, but there were families there as well . It is budget friendly but the amenties exceeded my expectations. Of course it is not luxurious, but the rooms are clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Room was dirty, housekeeping not attentive and missing many toiletries daily, room amenitities poorly maintained. Staff inattentive and could not care less.

My second visit. Great location in Kuah town. For a limited time I guess, you could get brilliant sea view and Maha Tower view from certain rooms. A view that is truly very rare in any budget hotel. This view probably will be blocked in future after completion of more new buildings. Water pressure quite low but good enough for a shower. The pillows surprisingly comfy. Towels.... well no longer the original color, but from the slight detergent smell i managed to convince myself on cleanliness... haha...

Strategic area very near to Kuah town duty free , near to the jetty area, and Saturday night market at Kuah. Staff is super friendly, offer to help a lot. You can get package tour from this hotel also.

Nice hotel and nice room for my family. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Nice location and near night market and duty free shooping. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I love to stay here. Besides a comfortable stay, friendly staff welcoming us. This hotel located at very strategic location. Almost everything is around this hotel. Restaurants, bank, car rental, self service laundry, must visit places. Satisfied n recommended!

Staff were very helpful but when asked for extra tea bags,milk and sugar and was charged. Also the sachet of powder milk was no good.

Even it is a budget hotel, but for my experienced staying here more than a budget hotel. I stayed in room 3028 which is standard room with sea view. Even the room small but with the price i paid, it was reasonable. The room had big window or actually the whole wall facing the sea is glass wall. Amazing. Woke up on morning by seeing the sunrise and ended my day by with beautiful sunset, were memorable experienced for me. This hotel has elevator facilities and also ironing area. From the info i've got from staff there, in family room they also provide minibar. The staffs were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot in renting car, tour, activities and also shopping. The breakfast was simple, it was not buffet but it was set breakfast. I enjoyed my breakfast there. Wifi superb. If you hungry during midnight, don't worry they also sell instant noodles at lobby with price only RM3. I am sure will come again in future. Before i forgot, this hotel also located near to Splash Out Langkawi; a new water theme park . Only 5 minutes walk from hotel to theme park. I give 5 star to this hotel. Thank you to all staffs there for making my holiday wonderful and memorable.

Near to attraction place such as Splashout water theme park is just 250meter from this hotel walking distance...lots of restaurant and duty free shop such as HIG also walking distance from this hotel.

The room is clean and spacious if you book the quadraple room for family..the breakfast served beside hotel at the Old Town White coffee if your room is included with breakfast...

Reasonable...Comfortable...Reliable

Hotel was very good, new hotel with new room amenities. Near to shopping mall like HIG, Langkawi Fair and Langkawi Parade. Just take 2 minutes only by walking to get to Splash Out. Affordable for price and very recommended.
