I stayed one night while working in the area. This is a historic building which has been completely been renovated. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and the service was ok, but the food was great. Dawn at the front desk is a rock star. She really does a great job to ensure you are happy, genuinely. This will be my Moline go to from now on.
Location and style of decor.
Nice location with easy walk to several great restaurants. All of the staff were super helpful, professional, and friendly - it was an impressive level of service. Like many tapestry hotels, the hotel felt like it belonged in this city and the lounge area was sleek and attractive. Parking (access the lot from 16th street) was secure with easy entry to the 2nd floor of the hotel. Hilton perks will actually cover most breakfast options or you can use for bar or market credit. It was easy to get decaf coffee at breakfast. Room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable. Shower floor is a bit slippery but safety bar is provided. Earplugs are provided due to train tracks nearby but I did not need them. Well equipped fitness center with a peloton that actually worked.
Chief Operating Officer Emily Harmon is rude and not helpful at all. I was billed twice for our stay and she could care less and hasn’t lifted a finger to help us.
Meals were great, location was convienient, staff was friendly.
I liked everything about the hotel, the downtown seemed abandoned though.
Room: 8.9/10. Nice bathroom. Clean and well decorated.
Gym: 8.9/10. 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 2 bikes. Weights to 75lbs. Bosu ball, foam roller, medicine balls. Everything you could need!
Misc:
Pro Tip- parking on the street. $18 in garage.
Provided ear buds due to train.

Kira at the Syndicate Restaurant is a serving diva in all the right ways! Fun, bubbly and very personable. Our new favorite phrase is now “ personal buffet”

The room was very large, and had a great view of the bridge. Check in was easy, and the covered garage parking for free was a hige bonus. We absolutely love the 5th Avenue Syndicat elonge in the hotel lobby. Best cocktails and best food in theQuad Cities. Walking distance to John Deer Commons, and the Vibrant Arena.
