Location magnifica fronte lago di "La Gruyère"- La terrazza con vista lago e la cordialità delle persone. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati alle 17, dopo due voli e un tratto di autostrada da Ginevra. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile mangiare qualcosa, ma ci è stato risposto che la cucina apriva alle 19. Ci hanno comunque proposto un piccolo piatto di affettati (servito su un piattino da dolce – una sola porzione, anche se eravamo in due). Gli affettati, in particolare il prosciutto, non erano freschi. Tuttavia, affamati, abbiamo mangiucchiato qualcosa accompagnato da un succo di mela; il mio collega ha preso un’acqua naturale. Totale: 22 CHF, equivalenti a 23,76 euro!
Siamo scesi alle 7:30, ma la colazione era pronta solo dalle 8. Forse avremmo dovuto chiederlo in anticipo. Comunque, alle 8 (orario della nostra partenza dall’albergo) ho avuto la possibilità di acquistare due cornetti appena sfornati e bere un caffè. Per questo non ho dato 9/10-

Lovely hotel, great location - mosquito alert!
Pros:

Good location, great views of the lake and mountains. Spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. Nice restaurant.

Cons:

Shut any windows in your room as soon as you arrive! We had quite a few mosquitoes which led to a slightly disturbed night.

tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht und nicht viel mehr

Im Juni 2025 stellte die Stay&Dine-Redaktion das Romantik Hotel le Vignier als eines ihrer ausgewählten Häuser vor – ein Ort, der Genuss und Eleganz auf höchstem Niveau vereinen soll. Eine Empfehlung, der wir gerne gefolgt sind. So verbrachten wir kürzlich drei Nächte in der Junior Suite Nr. 22.
Das Wetter war traumhaft, die Aussicht vom Balkon und der grosszügigen Terrasse schlicht überwältigend. Auch das Restaurant und insbesondere die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Greyerzersee haben uns sehr gefallen. Für Samstag und Sonntag reservierten wir dort jeweils einen Tisch – einmal für das „Menu Découverte“, einmal für die Brasserie.
Die Junior Suite war geräumig, das moderne Bad beeindruckend. Die Möblierung entsprach zwar nicht ganz unserem Geschmack, das King-Size-Bett hingegen war sehr bequem. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass die Kaffeemaschine defekt war – und das ausgerechnet am ersten Morgen, an dem wir früh abreisen mussten. Der Mangel wurde zwar sofort gemeldet, doch konnte sie erst am Abreisetag benutzt werden.
Eine Klimaanlage fehlte dringend. Auch nachts blieb es bei über 30 Grad, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigte. Die nächtliche Beleuchtung des Hauses mag aus der Ferne zwar reizvoll wirken, zog jedoch zahlreiche Insekten an – darunter auch Stechmücken, die sich regelmässig ins Zimmer verirrten.
Das Frühstück enttäuschte auf ganzer Linie und entsprach weder den Empfehlungen noch einer Gault-Millau-Bewertung von 13 Punkten. Der Fruchtsalat war wässrig und bestand fast ausschliesslich aus Apfel, die Fleisch-Käse-Platte wirkte lieblos und wenig frisch. Die Auswahl an Brotaufstrichen war einseitig. Zwar waren Kaffee, Brot und Eierspeisen gut, dennoch stornierten wir die Frühstücksreservierung für den Folgetag. Besonders irritierend war, dass uns das Frühstück auf der Terrasse verweigert wurde – nur um wenig später ein anderes Paar dort frühstücken zu sehen.
