Perfect family spot & exceptional service
Pros:

I was already planning on writing a great review but what really solidified it for me was the excellent service we received after we left! First I’ll talk about our stay. My family (including two children 10 & 8) stayed only one night at the end of our Japan trip in April 2026. We stayed in a family room that included bunk beds & small kitchenette. It was the perfect size and amenities for our stay! Beds were comfy, included kitchenette scissors came in handy for new purchases that needed to be played with immediately, and the bathroom setup worked well. We loved the available pajamas and extra items like toothbrushes etc and items for rent that would come in handy for extended stays. The location was also perfect - easy walk to major subway hubs, main shopping district, and convenience stores. Staff were friendly, spoke English, and helped immensely with luggage that was shipped & needed to be stored. What really made this exceptional was help we revived after our visit. My daughter realized she had left behind her stuffed animals she has slept with since birth. I emailed the hotel & they responded right away, giving me the option to ship them locally or have a friend who was still in Japan pick them up. They were so prompt & kind with their reply. I SO appreciate customer service! We will be repeat customers for life! Thank you Mimaru staff!!

Great place to stay for a family if you want to explore Ginza.
Pros:

Location was very walkable and extremely family-friendly. Staff were helpful if you had any questions.

Amazing comfortable stay especially for traveling families or those who prefer to cook.
Pros:

This is a wonderful place to stay if you have children. The set up is very homely with ammenity not available if hotel such as a small stove, larger mini fridge which can hold a decent amount of food and snacks, sink, microwave, and small dinning table. My kids loved the bunk beds.

Cons:

Nothing I enjoyed everything about my stay.

Estancia perfecta en Tokyo
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. Especialmente el servicio de atención al cliente y la ubicación. Se encuentra bien ubicado, con restaurants cerca. Tiene justo delante una pequeña tiene de comestibles y fruta que esta genial. Se encuentra bien ubicado, lejos del meollo de la gente. Hay un pequeño parque infantil cerca del hotel.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas y comodas. Hay lavadora y secadora en el alojamiento y muchos amenities.
