Pros:

The location was great and the room was extremely well equipped; the laundry was particularly helpful and easy to use, the kitchen was great and well equipped, the room was spacious and comfortably slept 4, and the split bathroom was really nice.

Cons:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they weren't always able to help with reservations or accurate information about whether businesses were open or closed. It was the New Year's holiday so it was a little harder to know, but I think the concierge-like services could be a bit better for the price.

Hotel with extremely nice Staff
Pros:

The hotel has a decent standard, the room was clean.
The staff was extremely friendly and helped us a lot. This was one of the best experiences we made in Japan. Thanks!!!

Cons:

The room was clean, but could be renovated in some regard (e.g. smelly carpet, damaged walls).
Rooms would be fully cleaned every day.

Loved our family stay here, great location, friendly staff and clean. Perfect for our family of 5
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in a little earlier and held our bags on day of checkout. Great location with multiple train lines in walking distance. Kids loved the little challenge game at the front reception too!
