Last room with twin bed was not very clean. Especially the shower.

The room was spacious, the bed was big and the shower was also big. Nice dark curtains and windows did its job by making the room quiet. The Nespresso was good and the bottle of free water.
Maintenance is urgently needed! The room was not cleaned probably because you could see the dirt on the chairs, on the carpet, on the otto man. The floor was also not cleaned, the bed sheets where slightly yellowed and the bathroom was not up to standard. Hair from the previous client was on the toilette edge and the shower corners were mouldy.

The towels en bedding are really old now. It is time for fresh duvet covers. The cushions is very flat and old.
The shower outlet was broken.
There is no remotes for air-con
The Chinese people are very loud and make noise till late
I stayed here for almost 10 times with the groups. All was good until this time.
While we were out for dinner, money was stolen from three rooms at the hotel. A total of N$4,500 and US$250 was taken. At the time, only a security guard and the manager Marvin were on duty. Marvin stated that he was the only one with the room keys and claimed no one else could have entered the rooms. Another manager, Paulette, said that securing valuables that are not in the safe is the guests’ responsibility and denied any staff involvement.
One of our girls stayed at the hotel that evening and didn't go to the restaurant. Marvin saw her in the hallway after we'd already left. He asked her, "Oh, you didn't leave? Are you tired?" "No, I need to work." Then he caught up with her and asked, "What room are you in?" It was like he was literally asking which room not to go into.
We filed a police report, but so far there have been no results from the investigation. As long as guests are treated this way and as long as Marvin continues to work at this hotel, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
The property itself and decoration was beautiful
The property as not cleaned properly, you could smell the dust under the bed.
Bed sheet and towels were not white anymore.
The conditions were fine but the way its managed that was not so good.
Other concern was that the reception closes by 10 pm, and if you need something later than this you are under the security responsibility.
You will need to go out and look for them, and most of the time there are not well guided to respond the guests request.
