I booked by parents to stay here and there were so happy as it was immaculate and the staff were so kind.

Cons:

Nothing but patents did need to request a toaster, there isn’t automatically one in the room.

Pros:

The room arrangement and interiors are excellent .

Cons:

Receiption/ front desk should be 24 hours.
I faced a problem with my room key, it was not working and I had to wait till next day to reactive the key. But the security stuff helped to enter the room after called over phone.
But the tourist may not have active phone!!! Every time. In that case, it can be a big problem.

Very nice place to stay in Singapore.
Pros:

It was very clean and quiet.

Cons:

No hot water in all those days we were there.It is hard to shave with cold water or clean the dishes.
