10 STARS - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Pros:

I just stayed 8 nights at this hotel and it was a 10 STAR EXPERIENCE! Spotless clean, great amenities, really enjoyed the restaurant BUT what makes this hotel stand out, THE SERVICE! From my first phone call with Paula at front desk, her big welcome upon checkin and ensuring my requests were followed through. Joseph in the evening, quick to serve and always with a smile. Joe at front desk, he seems to be around all the time and always happy to assist. I expressed my appreciation to the General Manager Tracy, another great experience, a true leader. They made every interaction a memorable one, they are all hospitality superstars. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks everyone for making this stay so AWESOME!

Highly Recommend This Hotel

We stayed at this Hotel for 10 nights,the staff was super friendly, the room was AWESOME, the view was SPECTACULAR, hotel was very clean as were the rooms, Koodos to the cleaning staff. Big shout out to the kitchen staff. Great location,10 min. walk to Mary Browns Centre/ George Str.
