Excellent facility
Pros:

I can’t tell you how professional Tyrena was! I actually told her she must have a PHD in Customer service. Of all my travel which is expensive she was the most out going professional I have ever seen. She doesn’t need to be the face of that hotel. She needs to be the face of your organization!

I would love to share my experience at Home2 suites. The housekeeping Lindsey she was so polite so lovely my daughters couldn't stop hugging her and she was so sweet I love that experience that I have☺️

Excellent stay. Excellent staff.
Pros:

We had a great stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was not only friendly but Tyrena, at the front desk, went above and beyond the call of duty helping us with a laundry issue. We appreciated her help getting a stain out of clothes for a wedding we were headed to. I am most certain that is not in her job description!

Excellent hospitality! The breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious, with a wide variety of options to accommodate all tastes and lifestyles. The dining area was spotless and well maintained, and the hostesses were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast bar and the outstanding staff who cared for it deserve five stars!

Pros:

Tyrena checked me in at the Home2 Suites Hilton next to Frugatti’s in Bakersfield. She is professional, courteous, and greets guests with a warm smile upon arrival. My interaction with her checking in this evening honestly made my day. A friendly smile goes a long way!
