HOTEL TO AVOID AT THIS TIME
Pros:

I know this hotel well. The service was poor from the moment I arrived until my last day. When I arrived, I checked in. The room wasn’t available until 3:00 p.m. The front desk told me to come back at 3:00 p.m. to get the key. I had to check in a second time!!! because it wasn’t the same person… Breakfast was a nightmare: with all the tour groups, it was impossible to eat in peace in a crowded dining room. The reception staff is always on their personal phones. The room wasn’t cleaned every other day despite my requests! The management of this hotel is a complete disaster.

Добър хотел, само и градския транспорт да беше така добър
Pros:

Бил съм и преди в хотелите на Хилтън и като цяло съм винаги бил доволен от просторните стаи, удобни легла и чисти бани. И сега бих казал, че почти нямам забележки. Паркинга е окей, въпреки че смятам че искат прекалено много за една нощувка. Закуската е доста разнообразна, което е хубаво. Но бих вмъкнал, че качеството на продуктите ми се стори доста слабо.

Cons:

Стаите за с добра дограма и звукоизолирани от съседните стаи, обаче не са звукоизолирани от коридора, та всеки пък като някой минаваше или говореше, се чуваше много ясно. И като се опитваш да спиш не е много приятно. Както споменах по-горе качеството на храната и паркинга ми се сториха леко неуместни, както и липсата на удобен градски транспорт до центъра (но това е забележка по-скоро за самият Загреб). Старият център е на 30ина мин пеша. Квартала е леко по-индустриален с бизнес и офис сгради и вечерно време е тихо, но е редно да вмъкна този детайл.

Revin cu drag cand voi mai ajunge prin Zagreb!
Pros:

Camerele sunt mari și curate, iar micul dejun a fost foarte bun! Sunt atenți la detalii și ai în cameră inclusiv masa de călcat:) Prăjiturile de la recepție au fost foarte bune!
Au parcare, inclusiv subterană, iar costul este de 20 E / zi.

Cons:

Climatizarea din cameră nu putea fi oprită decât dacă deschideam puțin geamul:)
În cameră am găsit două sticle de apă ce erau destinate doar membrilor grupului Hilton, ceea ce nu mi se pare normal..
