NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. CUIDADO QUE TE COBRAN POR SUS DESPERFECTOS. Me quise secar el pelo, el secador funcionó 2 segundos y se apago. Dijeron que YO lo habia hecho. Que el secador funcionaba cuando lo dejaron en la pieza. Me lo cobraron a pesar de estar yo en desacuerdo e insistir que no le hice nada al secador más que prenderlo. Una estafa!
La ubicación excelente
El olor a comida que llega a la habitación por la extracción del restaurante que está arriba piso 9 es lo único que tiene para mejorar.
A localização do hotel é excelente, permite acesso a pé as principais ruas do comércio local. Bares e restaurantes. Os funcionários são bem cordiais e o café da manhã é satisfatório. Ótimo custo-benefício.
O banheiro é bem apertado. Sentimos falta de espaço colocar itens básicos de higiene.

The best asset is the people who work here. They were very polite and willing to go the extra mile to meet our requirements. At breakfast, Camila and Don Alejandro filled our morning with wonderful service and excellent recommendations of places to visit to meet the magic of nature in this city at Parque San Martin. Thank you for your great service! Then at the spa, María was willing to find us the perfect time on schedule to enjoy the sauna. Diamela at front desk was always smiling and open to meet our requirements. Thank you very much. We will be back!

La atención del equipo 10 de 10. Alejandro del restaurante es un genio, muy preocupado y tambien destaco a la chica de recepcion que estaba en turno AM, no se su nombre pero siempre con una sonrisa
La habitación tenía una lámpara que faltaba lo que disminuia la luz del closet. Detalle menor
