It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent - extremely friendly and helpful. James on reception was very good and the breakfast servers were super cheerful and went out of their way to help.

The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant was decent with fair prices.
This place is NOT pet friendly. They are a "dogs only" hotel per the front desk manager, and nowhere during booking was that clarified. After a 6 hour drive to get there they tried to turn us away because we traveled with our pet bird. It was an extremely stressful situation because we had nowhere else to go and I was worried about the detrimental effect leaving would have on our bird. Their lack of clarification on their website that this is a "dogs only" hotel according to the manager on duty, Tiara, was an egregious and harmful kind of bait and switch. Another manager finally gave in and made "an exception" for us (to a rule that they keep secret from the public). But they threatened to kick us out if the bird disturbed any guests.
Addtionally, the walls were paper thin and, thus, the room was noisy and the shower almost burned my skin off. There's no in-room microwave and the fridge is a single drawer. Would never recommend to anyone, especially not any animal lover.
Breakfast food was nice, bar is nice. Nice location, clean cozy. It is close to the Commons nice location for day trips around the finger lakes area.
The breakfast organisation was a little off. The food was OK but the time needed to be seated and to get your food was quite long. We stayed there for two nights, the first day there was a total meltdown, queues for seating, waiters running around and nothing was happening. For a breakfast place with 10 tables max it was rather odd. The second morning was better but still. The waiters did apologise.
One of two elevators out most of our five day stay and hotel staff pretty much occupied the one working elevator with lots of in-out and stopping on several floors.

Super comfortable room, stayed for a week and it was super spacious and comfortable. Super clean and well prepared everyday.

Staff were amazing!!! I brought my dog, they provided a special bag for our dog with clean up bags, treats, bowls, etc.
