Overall, a pleasant experience. Will stay again when I travel.
Pros:

There was some confusion on our reservation but the front desk staff figured out the issue in less than 5 minutes. The lobby area was very comfortable and there was little to no delay waiting for the elevator. Great parking lot. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of maintaining our standards.

Cons:

The complementary breakfast was crowded. Very small selection of eggs and meat. Would have liked to have some breakfast potatoes. A microwave in the room was not included in our room.

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Very clean. Very colorful. Seems to be great for kids! Breakfast was alright.

Clean rooms. Decent breakfast.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It was kind of a ‘party hotel’. People drinking in the lobby and playing a games. Also, The AC broke in our king room, so we had to switch rooms but their wasn’t any kings available. We had to go to two queens. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

Pros:

The room overall was very nice and so was the breakfast. I liked all the lights available in the room along with the outlets. The balcony and sliding door window with the double drapes was also a nice touch

Cons:

My only problems involved the bathroom. I was unable to adjust the water temperature in the basin. Sometimes I want cold water, but it was always hot. Also the soap dispenser was 3 feet from the basin. I realize this is because the room was designed before the trend of not giving patrons toiletries but instead mounting them on the wall and there is no place to mount it near the basin due to the mirror and towel rack. Still it is rather awkward where it is now. Why not just give the patron a small bar of soap?

Pros:

We unexpectedly had to stay at this location when our other arrangements fell through. It was such a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and spacious. The location was good and you could tell the staff worked hard to make your stay fun.

Cons:

This did not bother me personally on this trip, but they seem to encourage their lobby space to be an all hours gathering/hangout place. I could see other travellers wanting a more peaceful trip, so I wanted to make a note of it!
