Pros: Staff are polite and seemed like very nice people. Overall very friendly, respectful, and accomodating with arranging activities in the area, which is awesome! Ocean Front property, AC works. Beautiful ocean view from the front door of the room.

Now for the bad. Loudest hotel and area I've ever seen in a hotel. This has actually been one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Keep mind this wasn't even a weekend. Its a Monday night.

Cons: Non-stop noise and music until 2AM, then starts again at 3:45AM. People drinking and partying at the bar that is 30 feet from the front door of the room, and the smoking area with party tables is just right outside, 5 feet from your front door. There are animals everywhere, many stray dogs howling, barking, and fighting at night, ALL night, and into the day. Roosters start about 4AM.

Paper thin walls. People talking outside of windows all night long, as they walk past or do stuff very nearby. It never stops, even during the relatively quiet period of 2am-345am. People were working on a car right beside the room, engines start running loudly in the area before 4AM. Trip people sat right outside under my window taking, The surrounding area is a bustling area of activity, so just be prepared if you decide to ignore this review and come here anyway. You'll sleep if you drink heavily.

Absolutely breathtaking place. Sunrise was a million dollar view every morning!

The staff was friendly and it was beachside. Very close to the Sumilon Island pier for a wonderful day trip and about 5 mins drive to the main whale watching area.

The Main building was ocean front and you could hear the waves crash at night while you sleep. The breakfast was good and dinner had a lot of choices and food was delicious too. Great to have an onsite scuba diving centre and highly recommend to go scuba diving with the whale sharks than waste 2 hours waiting to snorkel 10 mins while you get around 45 mins scuba diving.

They can also organise tours to the Kawasan Canyoneering and Tamalog Falls at a reasonable price.

Overall a nice basic resort, don’t expect 5 stars like the Sumilon Island as this is not rated as such, but value for money, clean, good food and friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay!

I was over charged for a breakfast meal. Food was terrible. Power was out all day Sunday

The resort is near the whaleshark watching place and the hotel staff can organize a shuttle with guide to assist you with the tour. For a small price this is highly recommended. It also has a beach front where you can swim and the snorkel area is just right outside our room which is so cool. The free private parking is a plus point cause we rented a car from the airport. The resort has like its own boat pier where they organize other tours like island hopping and dives. All the staff are friendly and competent. The food is - nothing special. I am not sure about the Annex part of the resort but where we stayed the rooms are old and needs renovation. I didn’t see other restaurants in the area which you can easily reach by foot. We had a car so we can drive to the next town and check out other dining options. Overall was a nice stay.

TERRIBLE STAFF TRIED TO RIPPED US OFF EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PAID THE BOOKINGS. AND PUT US IN AN UGLY ROOM BOOO

The room was spacious and clean. The CR had a water dipper (and bidet) for my Filipino wife and a hot water heater in the shower for her foreigner husband. Lisa was typical of the staff, attentive and responsive and helpful in arranging rides for us to the various sites. This was one of the best places to stay in our recent travels. Also the restaurant was great. Good food, (lots of choices) with good sized portions and reasonable in price. My wife and I ate for 500-600 pesos every meal total. (Breakfast was included with lots of selection made to order) Just a great stay. The beach is too rocky for sand castles. But there is an area with tables and chairs overlooking the beach with a great view of the sunrise and clouds going by during the day.

Personnel fort sympathique, chambres basiques mais largement suffisant, activités a proximité et possibilité de réserver de nombreuses activités depuis l'hôtel. A première vue l'hôtel ne paye pas de mine, mais au final très satisfait du séjour.

À 1 km du centre pour voir les requins baleines, pouvez prendre le forfait au guesthouse! Le proprio vous accompagne.pour cette excursion!
