Aus zweimal wird wohl dreimal werden.
Pros:

Das große Zimmer und die Nähe zur Altstadt sowie die direkte Parkmöglichkeit.Ein sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straße war sehr laut.

Pros:

Wir waren anlässlich eines Konzerts in Nürnberg. Das Opernhaus war in weniger als 10 min. erreicht. Auch zur Fußgängerzone ist es ein Katzensprung. Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer klein, aber sehr sauber. Nach dem Konzertbesuch schmeckte ein Bier bzw. ein Wein im zugehörigen, gemütlichen Biergarten gut. Das Frühstück war perfekt, es fehlte an nichts.

Cons:

Leider wurden wir recht früh durch Baulärm (Sraßenbau??) geweckt. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Conveniently located but as someone who works in housekeeping myself I was dissatisfied with how the room was presented
Pros:

Nicely located in the middle of some nice shops and food options and very conveniently located near the train station!

Cons:

When we entered the room we noticed that the bin wasn’t emptied from the guests before us, our toilet flush and toilet roll holder were broken and the paintings had an excess amount of dust on them.

Der Service war bis zur Abreise gut, bei der Abreise wurden wir arrogant behandelt.
Cons:

Ich hatte ein weiteres Zimmer gebucht und fristgerecht storniert. Die Kosten hat booking.com über meine Kreditkarte eingezogen. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns -leider nur mündlich- bestätigt, dass alle Kosten bereits beglichen seien. Bei der Abreise wurde dann aber behauptet, ich hätte das stornierte Zimmer nicht über booking.com, sondern über expedia gebucht und dort nicht storniert, der Fall würde also als no-show behandelt. Das Personal war nicht bereit, auf meine Aussage einzugehen und meinte, das sei eben "die neue Zeit".
