If I had to give any feedback would be tea/coffee in the rooms. But otherwise we loved our experience here.

Gutes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht und um zentral einen Städtetrio zu unternehmen
Pros:

Top Lage, sehr netter Service. Frühstück solide. Und wurde sogar eine Route durch die Stadt inklusive typische fränkische Resstaurants empfohlen.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett hatte zwei Matratzen und diese sind nachts auseinander gerutscht.

Comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was walking distance from the railway station, and the old town. The hotel was quaint, albeit surrounded by more modern properties. The food was excellent and not expensive. An excellent base to explore Nurnberg.

Cons:

Nothing really. The room was on the small side, but we managed OK for 3 nights.

Unvergesslicher Kurzbesuch von Nürnberg mit zentrumsnaher Unterkunft und Spitzengastronomie
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet (vielfältig, ausreichend, schmackhaft); das Zimmer war sehr gut (Betten, Sanitäreinrichtung, optimal war der relativ große Schreibtisch mit 2 Sitzgelegenheiten), die Einrichtung strömt allerdings ein wenig den Charme der Mitte des 20. Jh. aus, insbesondere die Noppenfliesenmatten des Bades. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spitze war der Gaststättenbesuch im Weinrestaurant Steichele.

Cons:

Die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse vor dem Haus (Zimmer auf Straßenseite), wobei man das nicht dem Hotel anlasten kann: Die sehr günstige Lage in unmittelbarer Zentrumsnähe hat eben auch den Nachteil nächtlicher Unruhe: Stadtreinigung, lärmende Nachtschwärmer...
