Our stay was extremely comfortable! Staff was excellent! Will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Everything! Greeted at the door every time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Staff are all helpful and professional and courteous! We live in East Texas and stay at this hotel when my wife requires surgery. Surgical Center is just a few blocks away.

Cons:

Not a single thing! All was perfect!

Night staff was better and more accommodating than the morning staff

Cons:

I checked out a day early and they wouldn’t give me my refund from the extra day I didn’t stay . Also the first room we had smelled really horrible due to old food in fridge .

Pros:

It’s clean and in a good location.

Cons:

I feel they should’ve communicated that there would not be any room cleaning during our stay or very little. Probably my fault as I didn’t know that things hadn’t changed back after Covid. We didn’t require much. I didn’t expect anybody to make the bed, but was hoping we would get dry towels, replenished tissues, or maybe clean coffee cups.

Perfect for an overnight stay when on a road trip with dogs. We will stay again next year.
Pros:

The breakfast looked and smelled good. We only had some fruit and coffee to go since we didn't want to leave our dogs in the room alone.
