地理位置極佳，旁邊就是營業到十點的超市，玩很晚還可以採買；床跟被子很舒適～好眠；晚上街道很安靜，雖然在車站周邊，居住品質很好👍； 可以借用調味用具，爐灶底下有簡易烤箱可以烤豬排～超脆超好吃； 打掃很乾淨

Super Lage und nahe zum Bahnhof. Extrem freundliches Personal, das bei allen Belangen geholfen hat.

Perfect Hotel For Family
Pros:

Almost everything. The room is spacious for up to 6 or even 8 if they allow us. Very clean, very new, and instagramable. The location is just next to aeon mall with much option of food in supermarket and restaurant. 5 minutes to Kyoto Station make it even better. The staff is soooo helpful even they greeting me with my own language. Really apreciate that. They give us a lot of towells..for all the guest. You can buy water with normal price in the loby. The best place we stayed so far. For the location, dont follow the google map.

Cons:

I think i dont like the potition of my master bedroom because its just face the main road. So i can hear car sound even in the midle of night. Thats B type appartement. Maybe in A appartement, that feel diferent.

A truly comfortable stay in Kyoto. The room was very clean and impressively spacious, with a thoughtful blend of traditional futon and modern design.

The location is excellent — just a short walk to Kyoto Station, with an AEON mall next door offering great dining and a well-stocked supermarket.

The bathroom drying system was a standout feature — gentle on clothes and highly convenient, with everything dry by morning.

Warm, polite staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Will definitely be telling any friends or family travelling from NZ to stay here .

Location : Amazing . Short walk from the station and right next to a shopping mall which has a food court and supermarket .
Room: So much space . Comfy beds . Washing machine and drying room .
Staff: Super friendly . I didn’t catch the name of the guy that checked us in but he was awesome recommending us places to see since we had little time .
