Pros:

The apartment is very close to Kyoto Station, just a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
The staff were very helpful. They cleaned and serviced our room upon our request.

Cons:

We didn't expect an extra fee of 10,000 cash - city tax

Memorable family holiday in Kyoto in big part thanks to GLANZ KEI !
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean and relatively spacious room for family. Useful and easy to use washing machine and well-equipped kitchen. Slept well in comfy beds and linen. Excellent location in proximity to AEON Mall and station.

Hotel de apartamentos amplios y muy bien ubicados
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en zona tranquila y muy cerca de la estación para poder hacer excursiones y al lado de un centro comercial que es muy cómodo. Amabilidad del personal de recepción. Limpieza y amplitud de los apartamentos.
