Pros:

Хорошая территория для прогулок, свой парк, озеро. Большая охраняемая парковка.

Cons:

В ванной комнате было очень холодно, и вода в кране была не горячей, а просто теплой, набрать ванную для купания детей не получилось.

todo estuvo muy bien, la atencion de Giorgi excelente.

Cons:

el baño estaba un poco sucio y la entrada es un poco complicada ya que hay que pasar una gasolinera y no se ve desde la via principal

Pros:

I had a great stay at Park Hotel Imeri in Kutaisi. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. My room was spacious and quiet, with a nice view and everything I needed.

The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or local recommendations. The location was convenient — close to the city center but still peaceful.

Bugs from the park
Pros:

The property is inside a nice park. Nice view of the park. Plenty of room to park a vehicle by the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

My room and that of my friends as well was infested with stinky bugs from the park. Not sure how they penetrate into the room through the screen door between the balcony and the room, perhaps through the open window and balcony door (it was opened before we checked in). There were 6 or 7 of them, which appeared when the lights were turned on and started to fly inside the room with a buzzing sound. I was scared, as I thought these were roaches. The guy from reception killed a couple of them, and then I got rid of the other five during the rest of the night and in the morning. I was very disgusted and upset. I wrote to the manager about the situation and asked for compensation, as my experience in Kutaisi was ruined. No response whatsoever. So, make your own conclusions.

the linens were with blood and the air conditioning was preset at 21 degrees and we couldn't change it. we had to open the doors to cool down the room
