Pros:

I would rate the location and the quiet atmosphere 5 stars. The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is peaceful, making it a pleasant place to relax.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small, with very little space to move around. There is no proper wardrobe, only a few wall hooks for hanging clothes. The bed is also very small, and I believe it would be uncomfortable for anyone who is taller or has a larger build.

The service was below expectations. Housekeeping was not provided daily, and we often had to leave our used towels outside the room and wait for replacements. Fresh towels were only provided after we requested them.

The room lacked many basic amenities that are normally expected in a hotel. There was no refrigerator, no kettle or tea and coffee facilities, no complimentary bottled water, and no hand lotion. The only cups provided were disposable plastic cups in the bathroom. We asked for proper glass cups for the room, but our request was refused. We also requested a knife, but this was declined for security reasons.

While the location is excellent, the poor service, lack of basic facilities, and extremely small rooms made this stay disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not choose to stay here again.

convenient and comfortable
Pros:

I liked the location, the delicious breakfast, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. There were also several supermarkets nearby, making it easy to pick up food. Additionally, I liked the lounge with power outlets, where guests can work even after breakfast.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, and the air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust. However, because everything else was wonderful, these were just minor issues that didn't bother me much.

Хороший отель с крохотными номерами. Чемодан раскрыть негде), шкафа тоже нет. Уборка каждый третий день)) об этом предупредили при заселении. Мы жили неделю и за это время в номере убрали только один раз. Даже мусор не выбрасывали(

Good breakfast and wheelchair accessible from the pavement.
Pros:

Good breakfast as a wheelchair user the shower room had all the hand rails and seats fitted.
Red pull cord in case of emergency also. The hotel is wheelchair accessible via a wheelchair lift which takes you up the stairs to the entrance level. There is a normal lift in the hotel to get to the floors.

Cons:

First hotel I have stayed in that did not have tea making eg kettle in the room.
The disabled access signage is a bit confusing as it points to a flight of stairs.
Later found out there is an intercom to get the staff to come out and work the wheelchair lift.

Pros:

Location and kind staff

Cons:

Room too small. Took a room with window to find a wall behind it. No views at all. Light sensors not working properly. U can even hear what the neighbour is doing.

Clean, modern, good location

Cons:

No actual washing machine - you just pay for a lunadry at a discount, no kettle/tea/coffee available for free - even simple coffee is 5 pounds, need to buy breakfast to be provided tea and coffee, no toiletries aside from the toilet paper itself and shampoo/bodywash ( for the price, a simple shaver and such would be expected), TV is said to have netflix until you try to use it where it asks you to log in into your own account
