We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last year. This was by far the worst stay

Cons:

When we got back to our room late from a concert there were no parking spots and there were several trucks with trailers taking up multiple spots.

Overall, the hotel was fine— clean, good location.

Cons:

When checking in, the guy behind the desk asked for my ID, then called me the wrong name while holding my ID. When he asked me to confirm on the little screen, it displayed someone else’s info completely- address, phone number, amount charged- I said “that’s not me” and he told me the computer was lagging and he had to reset it, so disregard. Very similar last name though… Had a feeling we were going into the wrong room- and we were. Went back down to the desk and said we’d had a mistake, and needed to be moved to the correct room. The girl working had me move back over to the man who originally checked us is - who again called me by the wrong name. Wouldn’t a name or address not matching up on the computer to the ID in hand be a red flag? They had trouble moving us for a minute because he had to “override something” when he checked us in… because it was wrong to start with.

It was a big concert night locally- but take your time, read the ID presented guys, and save us all a little time.
