Amazing place, totally recommend it!
Pros:

Amazing hotel, with delicious breakfast, super close to the metro (the building is above it), it has a nice onsen, the staff is super friendly and helpful, we loved it!

Cons:

There was no aspect that I did not like, I loved my stay in the hotel.
