Had voor deze prijs 10 keer zo goed kunnen zijn jammer!!!

Airco was eerste nacht aanhef lekken mijn bed was zeik nat toen kreeg ik een nieuwe kamer en daar deed de airco het helemaal niet moesten met ventilatoren slapen! Was niet uit te houden

Pros:

belle chambre spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne qui est absolument magnifique, propreté irréprochable, service à la clientèle très attentionné, on arrive et on nous sert un thé avec des frites en croustilles, très sympathique. On vous remet une carte aussi de Hanoi avec les principales attractions, on vous donne même des choix de restaurants et le personnel se fait une joie de tout expliquer les incontournable. On as même eu une connexion au delà du service, la jeune fille est venu nous remercier juaqu'à notre bus/limousine et on s'est serré dans les bras.

Cons:

Le lit est sensible, lorsque mon mari bougeait je le sentais tout de suite et les oreillers sont un peu trp épaisses, on dort le cou assez incliné. Et, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. On reçoit beaucoup de lumière de la salle de bain mais il reste que pour plus de 3 nuits, j'aurai eu besoin d'air.

Definitely come back next time if I visit Hanoi
Pros:

The hotel is well located, near many tourist attractions, 5 minutes to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet surprisingly even there is still traffic. All staffs are warm and supportive. The furnitures are simple, classic and functional.

Cons:

Some wardrobes have funny smell inside, but i guess it was the smell of the wood.

Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht und es auch bekommen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Nice cozy stay in central location with lovely staff
