A great place to stay, super friendly staff and rooms are comfortable
Pros:

A nice hotel, located very centrally. The staff was super friendly, kind and helpful! They gave excellent tips on where to eat. Communication went very smooth, airport taxi was well arranged.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Staff was super nice and helpful. Emma organised a private driver for us who showed us interesting places outside Hanoi. Pick up and transport to the airport was well organised. Hotel is situated in the city centre, you can easily reach places of interest on foot or by taxi. Highly recommended! Thanks to all the staff!

ホテルと観光どっちも諦めたくない人にお勧め
Pros:

広いです。1人での利用でしたがバスタブもあり、キャリーを広げるスペースもあり、観光から戻りホテルでゆっくりするような時間があるたびにもぴったり

Cons:

床やバスタブなど所々掃除のあらさを感じたのと、全体的に薄暗く少し不気味だった

Incredible. I am coming back to stay very soon.
Pros:

The nicest location to stay near Hoan Kiem lake in Hanoi. The Hotel is simply superb with extraordinary staff.

Cons:

Only regret is I stayed for just 1 night. The property is all ayes.

If I return, I would rebook this hotel.
