Great experience, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel offers a great balance of cost and value. Great location, big, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms xx2 are with no windows. It is ok for the 1-night stay, and because of the size of the room, it's not annoying. But the long stay can be an issue.

Lina on the front desk was great.

Cons:

The room had no window so was very dark. The website does not say room has no window. Also we're charged 5% for using credit card and website says no booking or credit card fees.

Great location & friendly staff
Pros:

Mercury Central is a really good hotel for a few days in Hanoi. We stayed here for 5 nights.
The Location is great - just a few minutes away from the Hoan Kiem lake in the city center.
Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The staff was really friendly and supportive. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it extremely convenient to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in such a central area, the stay was very comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. What truly stood out was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
