The cleanliness and the quality of the facilities and amenities.
We were able to check-in early but paying an additional 30 euros, which was a bummer considering the hotel was extremely expensive to begin with. The rooms are tiny, we had to store our luggage under the bed to make space, fortunately it was clean under there. The location is not the most convenient as this is located near the airport, so it is very far from the city center, you waste a lot of time taking the bus, so I would not recommend for shorts stays.

Makkelijk en comfortabel.
Wel redelijk ver van P3 langparkeren. We waren te laat met onze vraag om de auto aan het hotel achter te laten. Maar makkelijk terug. Eerst de shuttlebus naar Schiphol Plaza en dan een bus naar busstop "De Hoek".
Onthouden we zeker voor een volgende reis!

Из номера не было слышно летающих самолетов, поэтому ночью мы спокойно спали без лишнего шума.
Номер отеля было очень компактным и без места для хранения вещей. Для двух ночей это не критично, но для более длительного проживания было бы не комфортно. Большой чемодан было бы негде даже открыть полностью.
Perfeft value for money
The overall feel of the hotel was great. Check-in/reception area is well designed to make you feel welcome immediately and has a nice seating area that pans out into a dining area as well. Staff are friendly, helpful and always around to assist, even after you have checked-out. Though the single rooms may be small, they have basically everything you need for a short stay and are very neat. I found the bathroom to be particularly really nice and enjoyed the portrait frame of Amsterdam to be a nice little touch. Also found the elevator close to the reception to be helpful, especially when you have alot of luggage. It's also nicely located and easy to get to the airport.
Nothing really. It's really great value for money, considering the prices of most places in Amsterdam. Maybe a little free shuttle service could be added and included in the price, considering how close the airport is and also to make it easier to transport luggage.
Warm welcome, clean room, and very quiet. Easy access from the airport by bus, and it's easy to get a bus to other places.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there is an area where you can buy drinks, snacks and breakfast items
It would have been nice to be able to make a drink in the room or at least have a water dispenser on each floor. Water could just be filled from a tap in the snack area in reception - the water bottle didn't fit under the tap in the room!

The bed was amazingly comfortable! In a bit of a geeky way, I also really enjoyed looking at how the 10m space had been completely optimised to maximise the space. For instance, the shower door very cleverly becomes the bathroom door... the hanging space for clothes, is inside the (full length 😀) mirror. Hotel is perfect for a 1 night stop between a flight and onward travel, with super easy bus connection to Schiphol.
The fire alarm went off at 04h15 in the morning, for a good 8 minutes. Just as I finally managed to work out what was happening and got dressed to evacuate, it stopped. Of course, it was impossible to sleep after that, but what was really disconcerting that the staff did and said nothing. No apologies, neither in the night or as I was checking out a few hours later (pretty bleary eyed and a bit confused as to what had happened). Also no push notification/mail later in the day, just to say "this is what happened, was a (false) alarm and I hope you're feeling OK"... that would have been exemplary customer service, rather than just ignoring it.
Room felt dirty and worn.
