Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for us too, being quite central. But the hotel itself, and facilities were fairly poor in comparison to other places we've stayed in, in Indonesia. Room keycard was broken and needed changing. Cramped shower/toilet with no soap or showergel/shampoo. No dining facilities. No choice offered as to what we got for breakfast, or when it was delivered to our room. Room wasn't particularly clean either.

Booked two rooms to accommodate our party of four. My room was good with comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioner in June worked well in our room but not as well in our second room. Bathroom was clean though shower area was a little small. Had to have sink faucet replaced but staff was quick on the repair. Lobby was clean. Staff/guard were always attentive. Location is good as it’s near three malls. No breakfast (2-star hotel), but we enjoyed nearby bakeries (Majestyk), cafes (Dominico), convenience stores, and eateries (Mie Ayam right across street).

Staff is friendly. Room is clean on daily basis. Walking distance to shopping mall.

Good bed. Nice, helpful staff. Brought 2 breakfasts, 2 coffees although solo.

Well guarded property - Chain lock is provided when we park our bike in the hotel. 24 Hour security guard.

Great Stay here..

Their service is great. Their room is cozy and clean. Their location is near to go Merdeka Walk and Deli Park Mall. Behind the hotel there is KFC as well.

Was glade it change management to Arthotels! Deco was smart, chic and simple! But they took away the phone! Walls were repainted and the wooden doors 🚪 in toilet replaced! Shower pressure was extremely good! I had repeated stays here cos of good location,pricing and friendly staff! Tks

I stayed in the hotel over a 12 week period from July to October for a business trip. I found everything to be clean and functional, but what really made my stay amazing was the wonderful staff. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated by Philippe Starck so it's a nice atmosphere. We upgraded to an Executive Studio room, which, if it is in your budget I would definitely recommend.

Surprising quality and chic vibe for the affordable price point. The studio room just feels cool -it's not huge, but it feels like an upgraded W room. I'd definitely come back and recommend it. If you are looking for overnight this is it. It is compact and has everything you need. Close to everything and great staff.
