Staff were very helpful and always cheerful.
Rooms are starting to look worn down. Bathroom had moulds along the edges of the bathtub.
But overall for the price, it was ok.

Great staff, close to the beach, great value!

Gym equipment was broken though

値段が安い割には、ホテルは綺麗で清潔。部屋もそれなりに広く、ルーフトッププールもそれなりに悪くない。
ただ、バスルームの換気扇が何故かタバコ臭いのと、トイレットペーパーがビデのすぐ上にあり、ほぼスレスレで触れているので、衛生上汚いからトイレットペーパーを使わなかった。アメニティも質は高くないが、ある。ただティッシュペーパーはない。
窓も大きく、ビンコンプラザも徒歩圏内で、朝食付きでこの安さなので、コストパフォーマンスは良い。

We enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast was good, rooms are nice.

#1 My wife is diabetic so we had to bring insulin pen all the time. Since they only have chillers in their room we had to ask ice for our insulated bottle to keep my wife’s insulin and sadly we were denied. What kind of service is that? Will never go back in this hotel.
#2 upon check in i noticed the toilet seat dirty. The next day o requested to make up the room and clean the bathroom properly. As soon as we got back, dirt was still there. Very poor sanitation 👎🏽

I strongly discourage staying at this hotel. The staff rarely smiled and struggled with English. Despite having a pool bar, there was no one available to serve guests. Additionally, they would turn off the air conditioner when guests left their rooms. The refrigerator failed to keep drinks cool, despite us reporting the issue twice. The room walls were so thin that we could hear everything, and the elevator dinged throughout the night. Their buffet breakfast did not cater to Western tastes, and they even ran out of cereal, we had to eat elsewhere everyday. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.”

Respectful staff, big and clean room, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was really good.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They were able to accomodate my request for a "Monthly rate"

The swimming pool located on the top floor-12th was super clean and can provide me with my daily exercise and fitness program !

Really quiet soundproof rooms. Huge bathtub and good quality for a great price.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel with the best staff. Very service minded and friendly. The location and surroundings not the best, you have to transport yourself quite a bit whether it’s beach, restaurants or city center. That weighs up by the hotels great food and a very nice roof top pool with sun beds.
The only thing they need to upgrade is the wifi which was really bad.
But all in all a great hotel to stay in and the staff is wonderful!

The location is okej but a bit away from the beach and city center. You have to transport yourself every day.
But the food is great, there is a very nice roof top pool, and most of all fantastic staff that really tend to you and make you feel welcome.
Highly recommend a stay.

Clean, professional staff. Very quiet area - you need to walk a significant distance or take a taxi/grab to get anywhere.

Cleaning staff was noisy at 7.45am by my room and woke me up (not everybody go to bed at 9pm and some want a late morning)
Gym is everything but a gym. (I think they should do something else with it....)

The good - The staff were so friendly and helpful, allowed us to extend our stay with ease as me and my partner got ill. They offer scooter rental, close by to some shops, good pool and they also have a spa but never seemed to be being used. They were accommodating for us during the typhoon, offering us dinner inside the hotel and brought to our room. Bed was comfy and bathroom very clean also. Wifi was fantastic. Great air-con too.

Disliked · When we booked it was stated it was a buffet breakfast, this turned out to be a la carte instead with very limited options and you must order the night before, which isn't too much of a problem but also some mis-communication. We were told one morning breakfast would be brought to our room at 7am and it never showed up, when we went up to the top floor for breakfast it was served cold. Also, the air con didn't seem to work in the breakfast area so you're boiling hot whilst sat up there. Windows were also broken and wouldn't open until the typhoon somehow knocked it open so we were able to open it slightly. We left the "please clean our room" sign on the door at around midday and went out and it wasn't done when we got back hours later even though the hotel was deserted.

New beautiful building, nicely decorated. Staff pretty helpful, only room service was a bit disorganised.

Staff very friendly, it was a sort walk to the beach. A short taxi ride to dragon bridge and restaurants on the other side of the river.

Hotel location is between beach and downtown.so you can go everywhere with taxi or 20 min to walk center or beach..Reception staff was very friendly,especially Huu,Lanly and Chau.Breakfast was ok.but breads are always stale. i ve never used rooftop swimmingpool but it looks like small but clean.. only complaining about bathroom.not good decorated i think,it look like nice,modern and clean but, The tub height was little bit high, shower head's height is like for children height ,toilet pepper very bad quality, shower curtain is so short and always leaking from tube to the floor..bla bla...and my room window wasnt close properly and traffic noise was wake me up sometimes. its small things but if you stay there more than 2 days it bother you..except these everything was ok.
