Good Night Hotel Istanbul

Carsaflar ve yorgan kılıfı temiz degildi, rahat hissetmedik. Oda imkanlarına kıyasla fiyatı cok yüksekti.

Chambre tres tres petite serviette de mauvaise qualité ont beaucoup vecu ampoule de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas jai demande 3 fois a ce qu'on vienne change l'ampoule on me repond oui oui mais rien nest fait. Obliger de se lever dans le noir dans une minscule chambre du coup surcharger pour se rendre au toilette sans rien se prendre dans le noir.

Güler yüzlü ve hizmet konusunda gerçekten başarılı personeli ile ve hizmet anlayışı politikasına uygun çalışanları nezaketli odaları da çok güzel tavsiye edilir

Lovely hosts who were more than happy to interact whenever they seen you.

Pleasant area, within walking distance to both Sultanhamet and Galata Bridge area.
Tram stop approx 6 minute walk away, near the Burnt Column, or down by the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia area.

Room was clean and had all that we needed - bed, wardrobe, desk, fridge and bathroom.
Towels changed daily and room always left nicely.

If we ever return to Istanbul we most definately WILL return to this hotel.

The staff at Good Night Hotel Istanbul were extremely kind and helpful! They truly made the stay a comfortable one with their hospitality & willingness to go above and beyond. The hotel is in a convenient, walkable location, and the room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again!

Just to say thanks for making me feel so welcome, particularly after a nasty experience in another hotel around the corner - such friendly and helpful staff and such lovely rooms - thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would hope to return in the future.

This hotel experience was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond in their kindness, the location is fantastic and within walking distance of alot of cool places, and the rooms are clean and very nice. The staff was honestly so friendly and helpful and it was a joy to get to talk to them a little bit. The rooms were cleaned daily and they took out the trash and changed the towels. Loved the hotel!

There was no free breakfast

It was dity and ukept. Don't be fooled by the pics. We had to switch to a decent place.

That’s a three or four nights I had to change hotels the bathroom was constantly flooded it was a really really really small room the area around it has no stores or nothing and it was pretty weird seeing the people running the place sleeping on the couch downstairs

The staff was nice, I could even check in at 4 in the morning. The location of the hotel is convenient, its 5 min walk to a main street and 15 to The Blue Mosque.

Из обещаной уборки было только выкидывание мусора и смена полотенец. Пол никто не помыл, не подмел за неделю ни разу, постель не меняли, шампуни и гели не приносились, приходилось просить у ребят на ресепшн. Штора полуоторванная висела, стены с черными следами, откос в ванной отваливался, душ не закрывпется, вода течет в ванную комнату рекой.
Но ребята на ресепшн очень хорошие работают, все сделают, подскажут, помогут.

Staff are very friendly and helpful; they help you in everything you need. Hotel location is very good because very close to the main points in the city. Wifi conexión is very good I had a comfortable stay in this hotel.

Hotel Cigno İstanbul is a real hidden gem, I have been in Istanbul alot of times, I have been around Turkey alot and this hotel achieve a really hard equation of price/performance.

You don't pay ALOT but you definitely get the most out of what you paid and even more.

In terms of cleanliness the hotel is clean, the rooms are good the air conditioning system is great.

The rooms are comfortable.

The bathroom is clean, shampoo, shower gel, soup everything is there.

The location is perfect, but take take there are 2 ways to go to the hotel one of them is high the other one is good.

You can visit literally every where from the hotel it's near Çemberlitaş tramway Station.

Sultan Ahmet and Ayasofya is easily reachable from the hotel.


Burhan Bey the owner of the hotel is the kind of host you want to stay with, he speaks English perfectly with a great Accent no trouble understanding /explaining to him.

He is very thoughtful and treats guests respectfully.

The check in was smooth and lovely.

There is an elevator in the hotel which is a really good option when you have bags and stuff.

I recommend hotel Cigno İstanbul and it will be on the top of my list of favorite hotels whenever I visit Istanbul for business or leasuire.
