We had a great stay at the Umi Hotel, would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Wifi worked well in the rooms and minibar was reasonably priced. Air conditioning worked well, nice coffee shop just opposite too.

Needs management review of staffing and maintenance.
Pros:

I stayed at this property a couple of years ago, so chose it again upon my return. I like the location, and really appreciate the terrace area.

Cons:

This trip the staff seemed very disinterested in providing service and the cleanliness of the hotel had diminished. I would still return in the future, but my expectations have lessened.

退房後我發現財物遺失，第一時間回這間旅館尋求協助，但飯店方的應對態度令人失望透頂。工作人員不僅消極處理，最令人憤怒的是，在友人要求下派出的警衛陪同我前往公安局時，竟當著我的面對公安說：『他們想續住也不行，我們已經沒房了。』這種怕被麻煩糾纏、急著趕人的態度，對當時焦慮無助的旅客是極大的侮辱。
這家旅館完全缺乏對住客的基本尊重，強烈建議大家避開。

Location to the markets and shopping as well as walking street.

Cons:

If I could give this place a negative number I would.Just because a hotel is just a basic hotel doesn't mean it needs to be dirty and gross.Stained blankets and sheets soaked in urine and hair.Walls stained with blood and filth the place hasn't been cleaned in years.It costs nothing to keep the rooms clean and descent.Spider webs in the corners it was all just so overwhelming.

Reasonable price for a good location
Pros:

Great location on a leafy street, excellent views over the city from the top floor apartment, we were able to keep our bags there securely when we arrived early in the morning prior to check in.

Cons:

Hot water was unreliable, the traffic noise from the street was noticeable but not a big problem.

The superior room we also booked doesn't have a window to outside, okay for sleeping and showering but not to hang out in, fortunately we had the top floor suite to enjoy.

Zentral, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Zentrale Lage, Rezeption war immer besetzt und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Fenster im Zimmer 203 sind direkt zur Strasse im 2. Stock. Diese waren überhaupt nicht schalldicht, was sich so angehört hat, als ob die Strasse mitten durch das Schlafzimmer führt.
