Pros:

Stayed here a few times. Great location. Not in the crazy busy of D1 but still close enough to walk and close to the park. GET A BREAKFAST BAHN MI FROM THE LADY IN FRONT OF HIGHLAND COFFEE.

Cons:

It's a little funky and rough around the edges. But still good.

Room 101 should be store and not sold as room
Pros:

Location is great, was given Room 101. Room has window looking into walking corridor so was perpetually closed for privacy. Drainage pipe was next to bed so could hear the water flow whole night.

Eau chaude rare pour la douche, bruit nocturne bien que j'avais demandé par message une chambre calme. Heureusement j'avais les bouchons d'oreilles.

We had a great stay at the Umi Hotel, would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Wifi worked well in the rooms and minibar was reasonably priced. Air conditioning worked well, nice coffee shop just opposite too.
