Let’s just say I left the hotel with body aches and disappoint.
Cons:

Both beds and couch very uncomfortable and seemed overused and warped. No internet for kids Netflix, same as our last stay at hotel. The breakfast same every time we stay at hotel. They need to change it up. Front desk employees not friendly, and no display of the Aloha spirit. No towels at pool when it opened at 9am. Hotel needs a make over for beds and couches. While showering the water spills out on floor with the 1 glass door bandit. No able to change the speed of shower head or adjust.

I would recommend Residence Inn at Kapolei to everyone.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

We stayed a total of five days. After the third day, no one came to service our room or to check on us. I had to call for someone to come and take our trash and get clean towels. other than that, our stay was perfect.

Shower design is weird but I’ve seen it in a lot of hotels. I don’t like how the water goes all over the floor from the shower.

Good and okay but in the end disappointing

Cons:

Staff. Literally just checked out .,noticed we forgotten something in the room that holds , sentimental value !!!and was unable to get it back. Staff says it’s not there. And we cannot look in the room (sad )We know it’s there we just forgot it..so did they clean good?or did someone keep the item dishonest.

Pros:

Room refresher was to happen every other day. No one showed up to refreshed the room. Requested replacement towels to be delivered and nothing was sent. Room phone was not working.
