I travel a lot and usually stay in Waikiki where it’s cheaper for me. But I had to stay in Kapolei which this place was
Pros:

It was a nice hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like the shower at all, water goes everywhere and there were mildew by the shampoo holders.

Let’s just say I left the hotel with body aches and disappoint.
Cons:

Both beds and couch very uncomfortable and seemed overused and warped. No internet for kids Netflix, same as our last stay at hotel. The breakfast same every time we stay at hotel. They need to change it up. Front desk employees not friendly, and no display of the Aloha spirit. No towels at pool when it opened at 9am. Hotel needs a make over for beds and couches. While showering the water spills out on floor with the 1 glass door bandit. No able to change the speed of shower head or adjust.
