Pros:

Location, atmosphere. Friendly staff. Stayed here before and had a great time.

Cons:

Hotel states they clean room every other day. We were there 3 days without our room being cleaned. They only brought clean towels because we placed the other ones outside the doors. This stay was not worth the$500 we spent.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

Don’t get me started: not enough clothes carts, the FIRST room we were put in had NO TV or air conditioning. They did find us another room and that room the AC & TV worked but the refrigerator DID NOT. the reason this was so upsetting was by the time I discovered it not working I had put a $50.00 piece of steak leftover from a previous meal that I had to throw out. Also there was no lotion in the container….. the hotel offers very few amenities but the ones they have the hotel does not bother to keep them up.

Dont stay here!!!

The front desk lady was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Everything the smell once you get into the halls was awful when you walked on the floor in the room water was coming up out of the floor like someone dumped water everywhere to mop and that causes mold to grow under the floor I would not recommend anyone stay here

Pros:

Loved when we stayed however people make mistakes and in a vulnerable time to get no help with booking the wrong dates was frustrating. I was charged twice and no remorse just a greedy experience that felt taken advantage of.

I will stay again whenever I visit Greenville Ms again
Pros:

The property was in a quiet, nice location, and the staff was incredible. One staff member who really stood out to me was Asia; she was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The only small downfall small piece of hair under the sink on the floor and the chair at the desk was filthy
