Le personnel est gentil.

Cons:

1) On a trouvé des cafards morts dans la chambre. Pour un client ce n’est pas top de se retrouver ça à la premier nuit.
2) J’ai payé la totalité de mon séjour de 3 nuits mais je suis resté que 1 nuit.
3) Juste 2 vieilles serviettes pour le séjour de 3 nuits
4) La literie très usé
5) Chambre très petite

Trop cher pour ce que tu as. On peut trouver mieux.

Amazing boutique hotel — beautiful, clean, great breakfast, and excellent service.

We thought the hotel was amazing — a beautiful boutique hotel. We loved the pool and how clean everything was. We also loved the amount of vegetation and greenery throughout the property, it really gives it a relaxing tropical feel. The staff tried really hard to help us and made our stay very pleasant. They were also very accommodating with our room. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout to the young man who helped us at registration (sorry I forgot his name) — he was excellent and very professional. Also a big thank you to Francisca for helping us with everything we asked for.

Cons:

Not much. Everything was great overall and the staff made sure we were comfortable.

Pros:

Area was convenient the hotel was quiet at a reasonable hour

Cons:

I had no hot water through the whole duration of my stay even though I addressed it with one of the staff members who claim to speak to the manager nothing was done. Showering and shaving a cold water was definitely not appreciated

A nice place to relax .

Great place lovely pool and the apartment was so lovely .

The kitchen didn’t have a coffee machine .
Quite poor on kitchen items to cook we had to ask for extra things .
One of the ladies from the staff in the morning just barged in to the place with no education she knocked at the the door but I was resting , she gave me a fright just to give me a wrong key.

The man downstairs wanted to overcharge me for extra services ( food ) I had ordered .The fridge very old .
The only guy that was very nice was the security guy and a lady I saw the first day we arrived .
But we had a pleasant stay .But I also think the place is great but rather poor service that’s what put me off a little bit .
The electricity went off all night so no A/ C It was really hot .

Staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. Shower was really good too.

Cons:

The additional kitchen was very basic. No sponge, no dishtowels, no drying rack, one bowl, etc...

The breakfast was delicious but more variety is needed. Everyday was a large portion of eggs; after a week it was unenjoyable.

Only served one small cup of coffee at breakfast. It is unsatisfying to only have one small cup of coffee in the morning.

Our room was cleaned 4 times in our first week and 0 times in our second week. I needed to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Didn't make any sense.

Also, a lot of motorbikes speed by at night time would wake us up.
