Boutique Hotel Khokhobi

We had a lovely stay! The room was nice and comfortable, but the real highlight was the spacious terrace with a stunning view over the old town and one of the sulfur baths. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Everything was clean, and we really appreciated being able to check in early. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special.

One thing to note is that it was quite noisy overnight because of the bars next door, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Parking can also be troublesome; we were lucky to find a spot, but in general parking in the old town isn’t great.

Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. We had a room with balcony and it was fantastic. Nice breakfast and same-day laundry services.

Perfectly located just a few steps from the sulphur baths with a decent breakfast selection. Some curtains in the room were stained, but otherwise no real faults or issues. Would recommend if you want to stay in heart of old Tbilisi.

Perfet location for city tour!

Great place to stay. People with mobility issues might find it difficult as there is no direct car access all the way up to the hotel.

Ma chambre etait jolie et propre avec une jolie vue.
L'hôtel tres bien situé, avec de lanimation autour très appréciable.

Le bémol sera sur le petit déjeuner où je suie restée sur ma faim, très peu de choix et la qualité médiocre.

Le personnel, je suis mitigée. Nika est adorable, un autre etait sympa et m'a bien aidée pour orienter mes visites.
Un autre assez grand et mince, lui n'était pas très avenant, limite il ne fallait pas lui poser de questions, Ça l'ennuyait

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room with all the main facilities needed. The hotel is up a set of stairs so anyone with mobility issues would need to consider whether this location is suitable. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate with a choice of eggs, omelettes etc that are cooked to order.

I cannot say that the staff in the reception is welcoming and friendly. They did seldom smile, especially that tall guy who even did not greet me when I was passing by in the reception. Since there was no toothbrush in the room, I asked for it from that tall guy who gave me immediately but you could not sense his friendliness when he was giving it to you. No smile at all was wearing on his face.
Breakfast was basically good, and the staff working in the kitchen were friendly. Omelette was delicious.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. But it was perfectly comfortable and great location for visiting the baths.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Tam tarihi kentin merkezi. Yatak belimi biraz rahatsız etti. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok somurtkandı. Kahvaltı hazırlayan daha yaşı büyük olan abla da gergindi. Kahvaltı başarısızdı. Ama yine de rahat konaklayabilirsiniz. Yeri mükemmel.

The hotel and staff were great, Breakfast was plentiful. Ideal location to Metekhi Square for mealsand access to shops and tours.
Down side you need to be dropped off below the turkish baths and go up stairs which are narrow and quite a lot of them to access the hotel.
Apart from that had a fantastic stay with them and would recommend them 👌

Really nice stay right near the sulphur baths in Tbilisi. The hotel was very accommodating and even helped us out with a number of things, like getting a suit pressed on short notice. We also really liked the breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

This is a terrific hotel and I will be happy to stay here again!

Rooms are tiny

Excellent. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sulphur baths in very pretty, historic area of town. Short stroll to restaurants and bars, Indoor and well heated outdoor areas. So many wine shops!
Staff were really helpful and available 24 hours. Bathroom was excellent, heating and air con worked well. Hotel close to museums, churches and squares and easy walking distance to so much history. Very proud people who work hard to ensure you get the best out of the country.

Normalde otele girişimizi 14:00 da yapmamız gerekiyordu. Uçak saatimiz sabah 04:00 da indi. Otel ile görüştük. Odanızı o saatte ücretsiz olarak kullanbilirsiniz dediler. Bu durum bizim için çok güzel. Çalışanları güler yüzlü. Bir daha tiflise yolum düşerse bu otelde tekrar konaklayacağım.

Geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen hiç bir zorluk yaşamadık. Otelin çalışanları , binanın genel durumu ve konumu son derece iyi. Kahvaltısıda gayet yeterliydi ben çok memnun kaldım
