Pros:

The location was great. Feet to the beach. Less than 200 a night.

Cons:

You get what you pay for. Nothing seriously wrong. Just old and in need of TLC.

Will not stay at Simple Life Motel
Pros:

Walking distance to the beach

Cons:

The day we checked-in staff initially placed us in a room with no air-condition unit, then placed us in a room with a broken sliding glass door. Once we finally received the rooms the amenities were old & outdated; also the ice machine was located in a different hotel building.

Okay for a night.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach and easy to walk or take an Uber.

Cons:

The linens could be nicer and the balcony door stuck. There was also a strange lingering odor. It was alright for a place to crash for a night, though. I wasn't in the room that long, so the proximity to the beach was overall the best part.

terrible. walks paper thin. no deadbolts or dnd signs for door causing staff member to wake us up by walking into our ro

the only good thing is how close it is to the beach

Cons:

the walls are paper thin had multiple issues with upstairs people. deadbolts are mandatory and was not in our room, do not disturb signs weren’t a thing so from both of those we had a staff member wake us up out of our sleep at 9 am WALKING INTO OUR ROOM.
