Из плюсов красивый и тихий городок Костич. Приятная хозяйка.

Cons:

Из-за жары невозможно спать, вентилятор не спасал. Парковка возле дома почти всегда занята, приходилось ездить по городу и искать свободные месте хоть где-нибудь. Отсутствие сушилки для одежды. Купальники вешали на подоконник или у хозяйки в прачечной.

Estancia incómoda por la ubicación y el calor
Pros:

La casa era amplia, estaba limpia y tenía una decoración agradable. Además, el ambiente era tranquilo.

Cons:

Antes de llegar no teníamos del todo clara la ubicación y, una vez allí, nos pareció que estaba demasiado lejos de los principales lugares de interés. Aunque sabíamos que no había aire acondicionado, el calor dentro de la casa hizo casi imposible dormir y descansar bien. Tampoco se explicaba con suficiente claridad el funcionamiento general de la casa y de algunas de sus instalaciones. Además, el pueblo nos pareció poco práctico para alojarse, ya que hay muy pocos comercios y servicios disponibles, como supermercados o farmacias, y muchos permanecen cerrados.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Leider überhaupt nichts. Wir haben uns die Zimmer kurz angeschaut und waren dermaßen enttäuscht, das wir sofort ein anderes gebucht haben.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt, die hier veröffentlichten Bilder zeigen eine helle und freundliche Unterkunft, aber dies entspricht nicht der vorgefundenen Unterkunft. Die Betten sahen schmuddelig aus, das Geländer nach oben war lose.
Es gibt überhaupt nichts in dieser Unterkunft, weder Gabel, Messer oder Geschirr.
Nichts um Getränke zu kühlen. Also Preis Leistung passt hier absolut nicht.

Es complicado encontrar lugar para estacionar. Ojo con las multas. No hay cocina ni heladera.

Buena estada con todo lo necesario
Pros:

Está bien ubicado. La habitación y el baño son grandes y tienen todo lo necesario. Hay aparcamiento cerca gratuito en el pueblo. La dueña es cercana y amable.

Cons:

Si eres una persona sensible a los ruidos puede ser molesto el ruido del ventilador y las campanas de la Iglesia.

Peaceful base for exploring Mallorca
Pros:

The room was nicer than shown in the photos, with a big wooden wardrobe that had lots of space for clothes and bags. The environment in the town was very peaceful. After a few days, we felt very much at home and would have happily stayed a few more days. The owner was kind and helpful. She provided a small electric kettle for tea and a clothes iron. Also, we accidentally left a document there, and she mailed to us with no problem. The town is well-located to explore Mallorca, and is a perfect base to return to for a peaceful night's rest.

Cons:

The parking situation was concerning at first because the parking places in front of the hotel were not always available, but eventually we realised that we could always find parking somewhere and walk a few blocks back to the hotel.

Sitio precioso, calor horrible.
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, estás en el centro de la isla, el pueblo es acogedor, se aparca fácil y en la propia plaza tienes bares donde desayunar, comer, cenar... El edificio del hotel es precioso y está muy limpio pero...

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado, fallo mío por no darme cuenta en las especificaciones, calor horrible durante toda la estancia, habitación a más de 30 grados, hay un ventilador de suelo tipo industrial que solo mueve aire caliente y hace un ruido infernal.

Trop chaud dans les chambres, seulement 1 ventilateur. Une petite fenêtre. Des fourmis dans la salle de douche. La personne qui loue n'était pas avenante. Manque cruel de stationnement.
