Не курящий номер.
Удобная локация.
Центр города.

Cons:

В номере не убирались.
Завтрак простой, хотелось разнообразия.
Проблемы с горячей водой.
Скрипучий пол.
Оплата только наличными или переводом, нету POS терминала, неудобно.

Pros:

Месторасположение отличное, и для прогулок пешком и доступность транспорта. Соотношение цена и качество хорошие.

Cons:

Снижение оценки за несоответствие заявленного уровня реальному. Это не 3 звезды, напишите честно 2 и будет максимальная оценка.
Делают вид, что не работает банковский терминал, что приводит к убытку для плательщика, например у мен кэшбек 7%, этой суммы хватило бы на оплату такси из аэропорта до гостиницы и обратно. Опять же, официально заявлено, что оплату карточками принимают, укажите оплату только наличными и вопросов не будет.
Завтрак хороший, но не соответствует 3 звёдам, опять же, снижение оценки за несоответствие заявленному уровню, хотя сам завтрак нормальный.
