Pros:

Op loopafstand van het station en ov, kamer schoon en netjes. Openslaande deuren naar een patio.

Cons:

We moesten met een wenteltrap naar beneden om bij de kamer te komen.

Super little gem of a hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location for what we needed. Spacious comfortable quiet room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and pillows.
Didn’t eat in the hotel at all so can’t comment on catering.

Cons:

Only negative was no dressing table with mirror. Mirror was wall hung and plug socket for hairdryer etc some distance. Just about reached but a bit tricky and no where to put hairdryer down and brushes etc.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een meerdaagse citytrip Londen
Pros:

Schone kamers en behulpzaam personeel. Baggage kon zowel bij aankomst als op de dag van vertrek voor ons opgeslagen worden zodat we Londen in konden zonder koffers. Op korte loopafstand van St Pancras en Kings Cross station.

Cons:

Ontbijt keuze is voldoende maar iets beperkt, geen echt English Breakfast.

Proximity to main stations

Cons:

Room needs a couple things updating. Lamp on left hand side on off button difficult to use, may need replacing. Lavatory seat scratched and tired looking, also dirty cleaning rag left on side. Very noisy during night and woken by people walking through corridor above room. I said I was arriving at 3pm in pre check-in yet my room was not ready for my arrival

Excellent venue for a business meeting.
Pros:

The quiet location just a few hundred yards from St Pancreas (a 5 minute walk) is a surprise, only exceeded by stepping into this amazing Hotel. The decoration and layout is insprational. We will be back!

Lots of good things - location, breakfast, decor - versus not so good things- room set up,location.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Being below street level was not good. Having a toilet/shower in the very small bedroom was not optimum.

Cons:

The room being below street level. Felt claustrophobic.
