Don’t do it! The Westin is across the street and much safer
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The staff was rude! I received the wrong room key and a man was laying across the bed. It was very uncomfortable and the staff did not take responsibility. I was offered a refund to leave in the middle of my conference!!! Very unpleasant feeling!!! I was left with severe anxiety and now have a therapy appointment! I could had been assaulted or killed!

Loved the property and the staff. Mase was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location and proximity to convention center.

Cons:

Bedrooms need curtains. The shades add privacy but do not block outside light. Breakfast choices were less than desirable.

Overall, other than the bed, our stay was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean.
Pros:

Close to restaurants and we did get an ocean view room which was nice

Cons:

The bed was rock hard. I felt like we would have been better off sleeping on the floor. :(

This is great. This is the third year in a row staying there one a year

Cons:

It doesn’t have a jacuzzi outside. it will be great for the cold weather in January or February.

The location is good, staff was super nice.

Cons:

Bed was not very good. We put items in the refrigerator for the overnight, we got up the next day and there was no power to the refrigerator we have to throw out all out cold food.

Pros:

I needed to print something for work and it was very easy with the little business center setup in the restaurant. It was even better that it was complimentary since it was just a 5 min thing for 2 pages!
