Ottimo per un paio di notti per visitare Porto
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, il personale è stato bravo e disponibile. Al mattino c’è una buona colazione dolce e salata.

Cons:

Nel bagno non c’è il bidet e il lavandino è piccolissimo.

Satisfeito, quando voltar ao Porto muito possívelmente voltar a ficar neste hotel

O pequeno almoço correspondeu às expectativas sem as exceder.
A localização é boa, zona sossegada, estação de metro perto.
O hotel ou é novo ou foi remodelado, tem aspecto novo.

kleines aber solides Hotel in Porto
Pros:

Die Betten im Hotel waren im Vergleich zu unserer vorherigen Unterkunft sehr bequem und sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Das Zimmer war zwar klein und gemütlich, aber sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dank der Klimaanlage konnte man das Zimmer an den heißen Sommertagen angenehm herunterkühlen.

Das Frühstück war solide und bot alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Sogar der Kaffee aus dem Automaten hat uns überraschend gut geschmeckt – was ja sonst eher selten der Fall ist.

Der Weg zur Stadt war etwas weiter, aber ich muss sagen, dadurch hat man viele Schritte gemacht und mehr von Porto sehen können, daher fand ich die halbe Stunde sogar recht in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es gab lediglich zwei Punkte, die uns etwas gestört haben. Für zwei Personen und zwei Nächte haben wir insgesamt 235 € bezahlt. Unserer Meinung nach war der Preis dafür etwas zu hoch.

Außerdem hatte meine Bettdecke einige blaue Flecken, was leider keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Beim Frühstück mussten wir zunächst auf einen freien Platz warten, da der Frühstücksraum für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas zu klein wirkte. Das Personal schien zudem häufig nur mit einer Person besetzt zu sein. Dadurch dauerte es teilweise etwas länger, bis benutztes Geschirr von den Tischen abgeräumt oder Geschirr und Speisen am Buffet wieder aufgefüllt wurden.

Als mögliche Verbesserung könnte man einen kleinen Abräumwagen aufstellen, sodass die Gäste ihr benutztes Geschirr selbst abräumen können. Dadurch würden die Tische möglicherweise schneller wieder frei und das Personal könnte sich stärker auf das Auffüllen und die Betreuung des Buffets konzentrieren. Alternativ könnte zu den Stoßzeiten eine weitere Servicekraft eingesetzt werden.

Ein schönes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt, um Porto und das Umland zu erkunden.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe einer Metrostation, von der man alles sehr schnell erreicht. Im Hotel ist es ruhig, die Zimmer sind sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Normal y buena ubicación con el transporte.
Pros:

El desayuno está bien variado, las habitaciones bien no se escucha mucho el ruido de las que estén a los lados.

Cons:

No estaba mal la cama, pero siento que la habitación donde estábamos los colchones abría que cambiarlos por qué ya se siente que han cogido la forma y se hunden.
Y la limpieza solo entran cambian toallas y vimos que quedó igual el baño, y lo normal de arreglar las camas y el suelo no se sentía limpio tampoco.

Backreast on bed a bit worn out...but not a big thing.
Rooms not that well cleand, but good..
Location a bit busy and noisy. Rooms quiet but not soundproof. Didnt bother us much as no traffic in the nite and early morning.
