Horrible Terrible Hotel!!!
Pros:

The sewer in the toilet was horrible!!! Bad smell coming out and when you have your shower the water doesn’t goes out from the drainage. The toilet bowl was horrible!!! Not even a brush is provided to brush some skid on the pan when you have your pooh.!!!_
Overall the cleanliness of the Anglo Residences are very poor!!! Who ever the “Person” managing the place should go out and check the place of its Cleanliness and all the basic necessities inside the toilet to main the cleanliness should provide the tools needed for that person who just made the Pooh to clean his/her skid on the toilet pan.
The money I paid for that stay in that hotel is losing the hard money work for without making myself really reasonable for that stay in Anglo Residential.
It is not worth staying in this hotel even they have the bargain they are offering.!!!!!
Worst Horrible Hotel that I have been!!!
Please to all viewers pls think over hundred times before checking in to this hotel as this is not the best place to stay!!!!!

Too many roosters crowing too loudly for too long every day so disturbing
Pros:

There are many roosters on the back of the building crowing loudly from about 5am til 10am disturbing my sleep. I wonder why this is happening ? Is the freedom of the roosters more important than the sleep of thousands of residents nearby ?

Pros:

It was very inconvenient for me and for my partner since the elevator was broken. The worst part was when we arrived in the room. Door lock was broken as well and we don’t feel safe about it.

Disappointing
Pros:

Near offices i need to go. Also malls are accessible

Cons:

Elevator was under repair. For a senior & PWD like was so much disappointing. Also parking lot difficulty in manuevering.

The elevator was not working that time and my father whose already a senior citizen stayed on the 5th floor for 5 days😅 and we are going out everyday😅

The hotel should give a seminar how to handle their work.
Pros:

I like the location

Cons:

First, you have to pay a parking fee.
Second, they're not hospitable.
Third, the elevator doesn't work and my room is located in 5th floor.
Fourth, I'm not sure if they really cleaned the room because the sachet of coffee is already opened and there is no free bottled water inside the room. ( they didn't even told us that there is an available water dispenser and microwave oven in the hallway)
Fifth, the cabinet is dusty and the comfort room floor are flooding. ( I did gave them a call for the flooding, but they didn't even sent a hotel attendant)
