Staff was not helpful everything you said to them is was like tomorrow morning then tomorrow morning will come they will say that again we will do it tomorrow morning

Wonderful location near the sea. Very easy to get to metro, ferries and taxis. Hotel staff were first class.

This is a small hotel very close to lots of restaurants. It's a short walk to Kumkapi station which gives you an easy journey to all the main attractions.
Hotel facilities are basic but the beds are comfortable and a reasonable breakfast is included.
The best feature is the staff - they are just so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome.

Amazing staff! Always friendly, supportive and doing everything to find solutions for your requests.
The place has the perfect location and is very charming.

Personal war zunächst sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Diese waren nicht in Ordnung. Nichtig richtig sauber in einem Zimmer ein sehr unangenehmer Fäkaliengeruch im Bad. Das andere Zimmer sehr sehr klein, im Bad konnte man sich kaum drehen. Auf die Bechwerde an der Rezeption wurde zugesagt, dass am nächsten Tag andere Zimmer bezogen werden könnten. Am nächsten Tag wollte uns der Hotelmanager um einen weiteren Tag vertrösten, weil das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht sei, was defintiv nicht der Fall war. Letztlich wurde nach heftiger Diskussion ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt was zwar größer war, aber im Bad einen großen Schimmelbefall an der Decke und den Wänden aufwies. Leider ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen für diesen Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels in Istanbul. Die Unehrlichkeit des Managers ist auch nicht alzeptabel.

Sehr laute Umgebung, die Gäste feiern in den Zimmern oder auf dem Floor weiter in der Nacht

Schimmel im Bad und im Zimmer. Der Hotelier schnüffelt in den Zimmern, wenn man außer Haus ist. Alles ist alt und kaputt.

we had a family room, connected.with ocean vieuw booking.The rooms are terrible,dark no space even for one suite case.A double bed where you can step out only on one site.No lobby.I paid for 5 nights and after the first night we move to another hotel so I lost my money for 4 nights.The staff offer us 2 standard rooms that was nice of them but the hotel was to inconvenient to have a good vacation!

It’s not easy to walk around and not get lost for me especially at night,but the sea view from the room was nice.Most of the staff were nice.the breakfast average and no variation in the food.

Staff in the hotel they are very respectful, and they tried to make us satisfy. I am so happy with them and I would suggest to go this hotel.

notre séjour s’est bien passé.
le personnel était très sympathique et toujours à l’écoute. la chambre qu’on a occupé était propre et deux grands lits comme souhaité.
nous étions déçues concernant le petit déjeuner,il faudrait qu’ils améliorent.

The staff was very kind, and willing to help you out. The area where the hotel is located near by to main tourist attractions. If you are a walker by heart, this is your place, no need to buy train tickets, all can be done just by walking. The staff recommended a great tour by boat. The area is noisy, music and dancing can be listened late at night, probably a great place to stay for younger folks. Overall we had a good time.

We had a lovely stay here at Goldensand hotel. First time in Istanbul and we was in the centre of everything. 5 min walk to the sea, 10 min walk to the grand bazaar and other attractions. The hotel staff were lovely and always accommodating. Shout out to Nergiz & Yaser. Thank you for a lovely stay

The staff was friendly .the hotel are near to the sea and so much restaurants on the area . I will come back efter 2 months and booked the same hotel. 👍 Thank you for all.
