The internet was very poor. We didn’t have WiFi in our apartment. Breakfast was monotonous. Same breakfast everyday for 14 days is not very interesting.
I requested the receptionist a day before my departure to please help me order a taxi for my transportation as I was taking the first flight out of Rabat. I specifically said that the taxi should be there at 3:00 am. On the day of departure, no taxi came. We waited for almost one hour before finding other means which was very unpleasant for us. The reason I asked the receptionist to help me was due to language barrier otherwise I’d have done it myself.

Great place to stay. I’m disabled and was having trouble finding suitable accommodation driving distance to Rabat when this property popped up. It was a lovely 2 bed ground floor apartment overlooking a swimming pool with parking right outside the door. It’s on a holiday complex but it really great. I could only stay for one night but I’ve made a mental note to return and spend a few days there when I get the chance. The only issue I could see was a lack of saucepans if you did want to self-cater but other than that it was fabulous .

Mooi resort geheel beveiligd en afgesloten. De appartementen kunnen wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Woonkamer is erg ruim maar erg sober ingericht, eettafel en stoelen van plastic. Bestek en kookgerei ook sober maar 2 van de vier kookplaten werken. Direct wifi controleren kan heel slecht zijn.

Kenz Mehdia Hotel Resort is absolutely the best choice and the best place to stay at in Kenitra! The beach view is amazing. The staff team members are very friendly and they are always ready to help with any need and to take the extra-step and to go beyond the limits with the customer satisfaction. The Hotel’s Restaurant is also amazing and their food is very delicious. It was the first trip over there but definitely not the last one as I will always stay at Kenz Mehdia every time I visit Morocco! An overall outstanding experience!
