I made a reservation at this hotel that was prepaid for 3nights. I called the hotel and informed them that I would not arrive by my check in day due to problems getting through the Atlanta airport TSA with the delays and that I would be arriving a day later. The clerk Derrick that I spoke to on the telephone at their property informed me that he would change my reservation for me with no problem. After driving 11 hours to get there I find out that my reservation was never changed. A different clerk Cindy was at the front desk when I arrived and told me that Derrick does not have the power to change reservations that he was a new employee. She proceeded to argue with me that I had not paid for 3 days when I clearly had an emailed confirmation and receipt. They made it my problem. After over an hour of wasted time and eventually getting to talk to the manager with no resolution on their end she told me that I could find somewhere else to stay. After 2 days of calls I finally got my 3nights refunded to me. DONT STAY THERE

Disappointed that the bar and restaurant was not open in the evening. When asked about dining options the reception staff didn’t mention the Indian restaurant next door
The hotel itself is nice and clean
The water for the bath/shower did not get hot whatsoever. More like lukewarm.

I misunderstood and thought that at the price I paid, breakfast would be included. It wasn't. I did not partake of their expensive fare.
Elevator was filthy. I have been in many hotels with better pricing that were much nicer rooms. The room was just adequate but not what I expected.
Staff was nice
I booked this hotel for my elderly parents. The hotel was booked under my account. It was booked with my company CC by accident. The hotel would not change the CC to my personal CC. At the time of check in the front desk assured my parents the CC being charged was not the company CC. The CC charged was the company CC and not my personal CC. I called Marriot customer service, and they called the hotel to ask them to change the charge. The general manager would not change the charge and would not get on the phone to speak to me. They relayed all information through the front desk person. POOR SERVICE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This is an old and dated building. It needs a BIG refresh. However, the room smelled of bleach and I like that! The front desk people were nice. No breakfast provided. The room was quiet as there were only 5 cars in the parking lot!
I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Bentonville and was disappointed overall. The hotel feels quite outdated, and the room design reflects it. The mattress was very soft and worn out, and the basic, flat pillows didn’t help with getting a good night’s rest. Several pieces of furniture were scratched and showed a lot of wear, which added to the tired appearance of the room.
The heating unit was loud, turning on and off throughout the night and making it hard to sleep. The room also felt claustrophobic — there was only a small window that faced the interior lobby instead of outside, which meant no natural light and zero privacy unless the curtains stayed closed.
I expected a much more comfortable and updated experience. I hope the hotel considers renovating soon.

The property looks old and need to be updated. Need more light as it was dark. The elevator is also old.
For me, it is good for a quick trip and price is reasonable.
