Mi experiencia en el Budgetel Inn & Suites Atlanta North (2001 Clearview Ave, Atlanta, GA 30340) fue una de las peores que he tenido. Desde mi llegada hubo problemas constantes: el aire acondicionado prácticamente no funcionaba, los pasillos y áreas comunes estaban sucios, la piscina permanecía cerrada y las tarjetas de las habitaciones se desmagnetizaban constantemente, obligándome a volver una y otra vez a recepción. Lo peor, sin embargo, fue el manager del turno de la mañana. Al hacer el check-out le expliqué, de forma muy cordial, que iba a esperar una hora en el lobby mientras llegaba mi taxi y trabajaba con mi computadora. Me respondió que no quería a nadie allí después del check-out y lo justificó diciendo que era "por el COVID", una explicación ridícula cinco años después. Cuando intenté razonar con él comenzó a levantarme la voz, me humilló, me habló de forma despectiva, me faltó el respeto, terminó gritándome e incluso me negó el acceso al baño minutos después del check-out. Durante mi estadía presencié repetidas veces cómo trataba con la misma agresividad, desprecio y falta de respeto a otros huéspedes e incluso a empleados del propio hotel.

Nothing👎🏼 about the facility. There wasn't even cold water coming out of the shower.And I brought it to the attendance attention, they didn't do anything about it in two days that I stayed there.I had to bathe with very hot water only The only thing is the location. The location was not bad

There were a lot of bad things. The room was not clean. The floor was slippery. There was no cold water. I had to ask for toilet paper and a towel. And they were almost dirty. There was not a blanket on the bed. The bed was all ripped and dirty. There were stains all over the place. It was a terrible room.Everything about that hotel was terrible.

If you want to know how jail looks like, stay with them

There is nothing to be liked in this place. Disgusting is the right word.

Cons:

First of all, the "hotel" does not operate anymore. Someone bought the building and continue to try to operate the business, but it's clear that the place is abandoned. The reception was a bunch of furniture stuffed together making it look like a basement, no AC at all in the common areas. Trash EVERYWHERE, weird people. This place hasn't seen a deep cleaning in YEARS. The bedroom? Sweet jesus. Stains on the sheets, NO TOWEL OR SOAP. I wasn't able to take a shower. Decoration? don't think about it. The bedroom looks like a prison. I am not exaggerating. Terrible, in all ways possible. Close this place for once.
