Good rates, but high crime area
Pros:

Kind staff, they were kind to me. Out of 7 weeks they made sure I had what I needed. They held my packages & mail until I could get in from work. The building needs an overhaul for sure. But the staff were kind to me and that is what counts.

Cons:

Alot of homeless in the Windy Hill area. Quite different from when I last saw it in 2011. That used to be very business exec. Oriented.. it has turned into a half slum. Be careful after dark.

MOST TRUTHFUL REPORT
Pros:

Such a cheap price which i needed at the time. After 7 weeks I moved swiftly.

Cons:

Alot of homeless, and not the type looking for a better way either, i do realize there are 2 types, really good & really bad, and around here it's the really bad and criminal type. Those blue lights flashing about daily due to crimes and nightly. Yes some of those criminally bound individuals live in this building on all floors. I had 7 weeks to observe. This is a fair and balanced report without mentioning race or the types of crimes being committed. If you have children. I would not bring them here. The staff were actually kind to me, they were nice people actually. However they are scared of the criminals because they are from India. I get it. They view America as absolute insanity compared to life in simple Mumbai ,India. They built a glass cage around the office. Good Luck .Im done.

We didn’t stay we had to leave right back out that’s how bad it was

I am still waiting on my refunds from December 5, 2025 smh

Cons:

Nothing met our expectations this hotel is so horrible and they never refunded the money even after we reached out to booking.com

The place looks worse than a jail cell. would not ever go back. not woth the price

The maintainance man is nice. He should be the manager.

Cons:

The pictures are not accurate to what the building, amenties, and room actually look like. It reminds me of government housing but a little worse. Smells bad, looks worse than it smells. customer service is horrible. front desk/manager person is very rude., not pleasant, not friendly. Nothing is working properly...heat, shower was out of order in my room.

Dirty, damaged, mold, not properly secured, no shower curtain, dirty bed. Cable box did not work. There was a large gap underneath the door and you could hear others talking in hallway very clearly and exit and entrance of other from their room.

The room smelled like Pine Sol. The room had mold, roaches and spiders, the majority of the plug-ins didn't work, the a/c unit leaked and didn't work correctly. The bathroom had broken tiles on the wall. The TV didn't work properly. The curtains were faded. The room's walls were disgusting and stained with food residue. The lamp was dusty and shade didn't stay on.
