Fantastic experience at RC Xi’an
Pros:

Club room. Impeccably designed and 100% clean. Don’t be concerned about location on the map. Fantastic location next to a shopping centre with pharmacy, and the subway station is immediately next door - just 5 or 6 stops to the start of the Muslim quarter and drum tower / city wall. Club lounge is spacious, modern, and with terrific food and drink options. Special thanks to George and Alina in the lounge for assisting me with transfers and advice on the city.

Luxury, Seamless Communication, and Attentive Service
Pros:

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The newest hotel Xi'an is beautifully appointed, with elegant rooms, impeccable service, and a level of hospitality that truly stands out.

A special thank you to Ruby Shen, who went above and beyond to assist us with railway transportation arrangements. Even though we ultimately did not need the transportation, she invested time and care to ensure we understood our options and had everything organized. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to help made a lasting impression.

We also highly recommend making a dinner reservation at Flair. The staff there were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the overall dining experience was outstanding.

Throughout our stay, we did not experience any communication challenges—the staff spoke excellent English and made everything seamless and comfortable for us.

It’s service like this that defines a true luxury experience. We are very grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an.

A Fantastic Hotel with a Great Bar and Noodle Buffet!!!
Pros:

We normally do not like luxury hotels associated with the Marriott brand, however this Ritz-Carlton is an exceptional hotel. The service from start to finish, and notably at Flair bar, is attentive and friendly. The food and cocktails were delicious as well. What makes this hotel stand out is their great service (our transfer from airport to hotel was seamless), their modern clean aesthetics, and their breakfast NOODLE bar!!! The noodle bar is not to be missed! Thank you for a short and sweet stay!!

Unforgettable!
Pros:

A great hotel experience! The staff were friendly, our room was modern, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet, which featured both Asian and Western options.
