Una estancia fantástica en Xi’an
Pros:

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en The Ritz-Carlton Xi’an. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto desde el primer momento y nos ha gustado todo, tanto el hotel como todos los detalles que hacen que la estancia sea especial.
La cama era comodísima y hemos dormido genial, que después de un día de turismo se agradece muchísimo. También cenamos en el restaurante del lobby y fue una muy buena elección, nos gustó mucho la comida.
Y, sobre todo, queremos destacar al personal. Todo el mundo fue súper atento, amable y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, sin resultar excesivo. Se nota que cuidan mucho al huésped.
Nos vamos con muy buen recuerdo del hotel y de nuestra estancia en Xi’an. Sin duda, si volvemos a la ciudad, repetiríamos.

Просто очень шикарный отель. Завтраки отличные- качественные продукты в широком ассортименте. СПА зона- бассейн где то 8х3 метра, а также тренажерный зал. Все на очень высоком уровне

A Wonderful Family Stay Thanks to Miss Azure Guo at the Club Lounge
Pros:

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an in early August and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out in the city.

What truly stood out, however, was the service. We frequently stay at Ritz-Carlton properties around the world, and this stay once again lived up to the brand's high standards. In particular, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Miss Azure Guo at the Club Lounge. She was incredibly attentive and consistently went above and beyond our expectations.

During our stay, we came across a lovely book in the lounge, and Miss Guo made a genuine effort to help us find where we could purchase it. It was a small moment, but it reflected her thoughtfulness and dedication. She was also very considerate of our needs as we were travelling with our daughter, ensuring that every detail of our stay was well taken care of. Miss Guo truly embodies the Ritz-Carlton culture of service excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a heartfelt commitment to guests.

We would gladly return to this hotel and highly recommend it to friends and family.
