Pros:

Positief wil ik benadrukken dat het eten tijdens de Ramadan zeer goed is. Het iftar-aanbod is lekker en gevarieerd, en ook de barbecue die ze behouden is een grote plus. Daarnaast zijn de kamers proper, de beveiligers vriendelijk en zijn Morad, Soufiane, Soufian en Hassan bijzonder behulpzaam en professioneel. Zij doen duidelijk hun best om gasten goed te helpen.

Cons:

Helaas heb ik ook een zeer negatieve ervaring gehad in het restaurant van het hotel. Enkele minuten voor de iftar nam ik samen met mijn gezin plaats aan een tafel beneden in het restaurant. Kort daarna kwam een tafelmanager ons meedelen dat wij moesten opstaan omdat de tafel gereserveerd was. Het was voor mij zelfs onduidelijk dat er een dergelijke functie bestond, maar vooral de manier waarop dit werd gecommuniceerd was naar mijn mening bijzonder ongepast. Dit is geen manier om gasten aan te spreken.
Dit voelde des te teleurstellender omdat wij vaste klanten zijn die minstens twee keer per jaar in het hotel verblijven. In zo’n context verwacht je een minimum aan respectvolle communicatie en gastvrijheid.
De obers in het restaurant waren overigens wel vriendelijk en deden duidelijk hun best om gasten goed te bedienen. Daarentegen kwam het gedrag van sommige medewerkers in een hogere functie voor ons eerder afstandelijk en weinig klantgericht over. Dat gaf een onprofessionele indruk en staat haaks op het serviceniveau dat je van een hotel in deze categorie mag verwachten.
Na dit incident hebben wij dit gemeld bij de receptie aan Hassan en Soufian. Soufian kwam onmiddellijk mee naar het restaurant om de situatie te bespreken met de tafelmanager. Tijdens dit gesprek liep de betrokken medewerker echter plots weg omdat een andere gast informatie vroeg, waardoor het gesprek abrupt werd onderbroken en niet werd afgerond. Dit werd door ons als onrespectvol en weinig professioneel ervaren.
Het is jammer dat een dergelijke situatie zich heeft voorgedaan bij Marchica, aangezien dit niet in lijn ligt met de service en gastvrijheid die men van een hotel op dit niveau mag verwachten.

L'hôtel et le panorama juste magnifique

Cons:

Le service du personnel de piscine , c'était catastrophique , on ne m'apporter jamais ma monnaie !!! Ce qui est inadmissible ... c'est du vol !!! Le personnel qui se moquaient des clients en parlant arabes ou tamazight entre eux , pensant que nous ne comprenions pas !! C'est un manque de respect . Prix des chambres trop élevés par rapport aux services et attitude du personnel !!!

Amazing 🥰
Pros:

J ai tout apprécié sans exception, le personnel de l établissement était aux p’tits soins, femme de ménage magnifique, les bagagistes au top. La nourriture excellente, piscine très propre, plage privé juste magnifique. Vraiment je remercie l’hôtel marchica ainsi que toutes l équipe. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande vraiment.

Cons:

Te veel onnodige security mensen buiten in de aanloop naar het hotel en het parkeerplaats. Het is geen Paleis. Overbodig allemaal.

J’ai beaucoup aimé le personnel, qui était absolument tous très gentils et serviables !! Merci à Faroli Mohamed, Mourade, Saïd, Houda et Meryem du petit déjeuner, Ikram la femme de ménage, et tous ceux dont je ne connais pas le prénom. L’équipe de la piscine aussi était très gentille. Les chambres étaient propres, tout était top. Mon TikTok sur l’hôtel a fait 68k vues : @zmmmmch05
