Would never want to repeat the experience.
Pros:

VERY mixed experience.
We were traveling and staying with a very large group, the reservations had been made many months ahead of time, and they knew well in advance they were going to be FULLY booked.
The desk staff and the room were excellent - but the dining experience was beyond abysmal.
For whatever reason there was NO waitstaff on duty for the dinner period.
The bartender had to juggle a full bar and several tables full of hungry diners.
He did a commendable job of it, all things considered.
In addition, there was ONLY 1 person working in the kitchen as well.
The next morning wasn't much better as the sole server had ZERO help to handle a full breakfast crowd.

I can think of NO excuse for a facility of this size and stature to NOT have a full staff on duty to handle the fully expected volume of customers.
Yes, they "comped" our 3+ hour dinner - but it wasn't and isn't about the money - it's about dropping SEVERAL balls they should have better controlled.

My poor review does NOT reflect on the room or desk personnel.

Breakfast not as good as Drury. Watery eggs, less options. Price was high.

Nice location, lovely hotel.
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable and plenty of onsite convenience ‘store’ points for snacks, drinks etc

Cons:

House keeping knocked on our door at 10am, then proceeded to let themselves into our room. They did leave but this was disturbing.
