Overall very positive
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, location ( easy walk to stores and restaurants), clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Next time we would prefer a room that isn’t on the corner facing two busy streets- vehicle noise is substantial and begins around 5:00am.

Would not return housekeeping needs improvement
Pros:

Good location in downtown Loveland. Fort Collins is 15 miles north so if you want to be in FC this hotel is not for you. Using FC in the name is deceiving and should be eliminated.

Cons:

Floor in the kitchen area under the cabinets was thick with dust and dirt. Bed spread had large difficult to not see stain which appeared to be semen.

Pros:

Everything. Our room was SO CLEAN and comfortable.
We loved the kitchen which had everything to cook a lovely soup. We will be back.

Pros:

The front desk staff was super friendly and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. Laundry on-site, kitchenettes in the rooms (with a stovetop, dishes and dishwasher!), delicious breakfast, easy parking, and more! It is also located in such a convenient and beautiful area in downtown Loveland. I am definitely going to stay there again next time I’m in NoCo! (Shout out to Jeannie at the front desk for being so sweet!)

Pros:

Customer service, gal at desk is always there when I check in, the last 3 years and she is amazing!! Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Coffee maker in room. Good size rooms.

Cons:

The shower drain was broken and the toilet kept running. Bring back individual coffee creamers :) Half and half is not good.
