Eau de la piscine, trop froide (c'était notre 2 ème séjour, le 1er était 3 ans plus tôt et j'avais deja souvenir d'une piscine froide. Ressenti partagé par l'ensemble des clients présents ce jour)

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Tours et les châteaux de la Loire
Pros:

Emplacement parfait. Hôtel calme . Chambre agréable. Il manque juste une bouilloire dans les chambres. Personnel de l’accueil agréable .
Moquette à l’étage défraîchie et décollée devant les ascenseurs.

One of the few hotels with good location with a pool, big rooms, nice staff
Pros:

Unique vibe, great location, pool, friendly staff, big rooms.

Cons:

Only treadmills in the 'fitness' room. No dumbells, or machines etc. Also no sauna, steam, or anything - I could have swore I read somewhere it had those.

Tres bel hôtel bien placé avec un bon rapport qualité prix

L'hôtel est très bien placé, en plein centre de Tours.
Accueil très agréable.
Chambre impeccable et magnifique : lit king Size, douche très agréable avec produits Rituals
Excellent petit déjeuner

Cons:

Petits points négatifs :
le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas (juste de la veille) et la piscine était un peu trop fraîche, dommage car le lieu est très sympa
Nous avons trouvé le tarif du parking un peu cher. Etant un dimanche, notre voiture a stationnée dans la rue
Et une des personnes qui servait le petit déjeuner n'a pas été très agréable avec ma mère...
