Historic building, plenty to eat and do within walking distance. Well maintained building. Very up to date with technology in the room.
Must valet and it was very expensive.
Check in area is very small and a bottleneck.
Vanity sink wouldn’t drain on 12th floor. Have seen this before in old hotels.
Excelent location
Lovely Art Deco details. Courteous, delightful staff. Comfortable, clean bed and very nice shower.
It was impossible to briefly park for a check in. All parking is $50 valet service. The number of digital devices in the room was spooky and unnerving.
The touch pad mirror in the bathroom was really cool. We could listen to music while getting ready!
No room service on Sunday night.
The Hotel Location is very convenient, closer to everything. The property is very nice, with many details.
The mattress was quite soft and uncomfortable for us. We are standard size, thin couple and I think a medium comfort would be better to avoid back sore, pain.
Also the bathroom mirror was so dark and hard to see yourself or do your make up, even with the lights on.
First time here & had a great time. Vibe was cool, food was great!!! Drinks were good… workers did great, our waitress who I’m sorry I forgot her name was amazing!!! Definitely recommend & Will for sure be back!!!
Despite being understaffed on an event night (NYE), the valet was highly efficient and took care of the huge line with ease.
Caroline, our rooftop server, was wonderful and attentive. She ensured our special date night went smoothly without a flaw. Her attention to detail and personable flair left us with a lovely impression.

Terrible. I had so many issues the entire time even before I came to the hotel. Will never stay here again. The front desk was so rude to me. Oh and it was my wedding night. And apparently the only offer they could give me was “free breakfast”. They couldn’t upgrade me apparently because they have absolutely HORRIBLE hospitality. This place is a joke and I will never stay here again
The staff.
Such a neat retro feel and updated rooms. Super nice and clean and had a phenomenal view. Delicious restaurant attached to hotel! Unfortunately the people in the room next to us were in a screaming argument and we could hear every word. That kind of killed the mood and stole sleep.
