Comfortable and at ease
Pros:

The stay I had at Four points hotel was amazing. Entry was super easy. We were on a road trip and the hotel was super clean. I have two babies so that’s a must for me. We had a great room & very nice staff. In the morning, we were greeted by Roxxane she was downstairs at the restaurant with a breakfast buffet ready. The food was super good! She welcomed us and I felt at ease being able to enjoy breakfast with my kids before starting our roadtrip again. She was really nice & very true to herself. My family and I conversed with her and I cannot wait to see her again on my next stay at Four Points. Do not hesitate to stop here.

Clean, easy experience
Pros:

Great experience. Fritz at the front desk was great for check in and Roxanne at the restaurant was an exceptional server. Will book again.

Pros:

Was a good experience, very clean and always very helpful in everything I need, the restaurant was pretty good and the service was really good the lady was during breakfast so sweet and did a good job definitely Roxxane its wonderful in breakfast time.

Relaxing and super comfortable, great place to unwind from the stress.
Pros:

So I have to say I was pretty tuckered out after coming back from my meeting the room is awesome comfortable and tranquil. I was able to get a good night's sleep and in the morning me and my two sons and my wife at breakfast had the most wonderful service from Ryan it was a godsend, because my boys can get a little nerve racking in a public place. She gave them some crayons and coloring books and kept them entertained that they were just like too little angels I could really feel relaxed for a moment. It even lasted after we left ,, they stayed super calm the rest of the day playing with them coloring books and not coloring on other objects, lol ... I have to say give that girl a raise and don't let her go cause she will definitely keep customers coming back. I'm planning on coming back real soon, because I loved how great the service and attention was.

And thank you to Ryan, my boys loved you - believe me they are still talking about the girl from the hotel. Thank you so much.

I would recommend staying to everyone..!

Great place
Pros:

Great Hotel! The gym was nice and convenient. All the staff was super friendly. I ate the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Ryan did a really good job serving us and Rhonda's food was amazing.
