we needed a place to stay in Tallahasee.. googled safe neighborhoods and got this...area was ???
Pros:

felt it was overpriced for a hotel

Cons:

during the night loud music was playing (we think from the venue next door..which was having a party)seemed like it was coming from cars in the parking lot

also the one elevator was not working properly

Traffic noise horrible. Front desk needs retraining. Will not stay here again
Pros:

Clean, downstairs breakfast was good. Coffee selections good.

Cons:

Front desk Daniel - not pleasant and not welcoming. I dealt with him more than in once in the mornings. Guy looked upset at the world and just overall needs re-training.

Also, noise from traffic horrible at all hours of the night. Woke up several times. So did my family.

Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel, great for a one-night family stop. The room was spacious, the two double beds were comfortable and fit our family of four easily. Check-in was fast and the pool was a nice bonus after a long drive.

Comfortable and at ease
Pros:

The stay I had at Four points hotel was amazing. Entry was super easy. We were on a road trip and the hotel was super clean. I have two babies so that’s a must for me. We had a great room & very nice staff. In the morning, we were greeted by Roxxane she was downstairs at the restaurant with a breakfast buffet ready. The food was super good! She welcomed us and I felt at ease being able to enjoy breakfast with my kids before starting our roadtrip again. She was really nice & very true to herself. My family and I conversed with her and I cannot wait to see her again on my next stay at Four Points. Do not hesitate to stop here.

Clean, easy experience

Great experience. Fritz at the front desk was great for check in and Roxanne at the restaurant was an exceptional server. Will book again.

Was a good experience, very clean and always very helpful in everything I need, the restaurant was pretty good and the service was really good the lady was during breakfast so sweet and did a good job definitely Roxxane its wonderful in breakfast time.
