Great hotel
Pros:

Really nice hotel, better than expected. Great service and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good views. Best part was Roxanne who works in the restaurant and made every morning sunny. Food was great and coffee too! Thanks Roxanne!!!

Great service!
Pros:

The young lady (Can't recall her unique name, but it had an interesting spelling, possibly with an apostrophe?) at the front desk when we checked in was so nice, with a big smile, and Roxanne who ran the breakfast was also so accomodating. She made coffee early for me before we had to leave for rthe airport, and she went above and beyond! You all could do well to hire more people like those two, as well as the other lady near the breakfast counter area. Thanks for making it a nice two day stay for us!

Pros:

Location. It's Marriot. Beds so comfy.

Cons:

The parking...Y'all .having a Christmas private event at the facility the night of our stay. Had to park elsewhere and get an Uber to a the hotel. Got a parking ticket on top of it. That sucked.

It’s a few small things that define a stay vs a great stay.
Pros:

The hotel overall was nice and I received a nice status upgrade. What made my stay unique was as simple as the great breakfast I had with Roxanne as my server and Ronda in the back making delicious food. The warm greeting, great service, quick and tasty food just started the day off right. Hotels for business stays are rarely overly momentous, it’s a bed for a night. The people that run the place and serve the guests can make it special. Thanks Sheraton team for a great stay.

So-so
Pros:

The best thing about Four points hotels is their bed. I find them to be very comfortable. The hallways were very noisy and room had a very strong perfume odor.
The hotel also offers breakfast vouchers as well as additional f&b credit to upper elites as a welcome amenity. Unfortunately, evening food was not very good and breakfast was just inedible.
The upgrade for upper elite was denied for a "sold out" reason while they were selling most room types for the night. Late check out was also denied as the hotel seems to have a different definition of late check benefits from the general Marriott rule.

Location!
Pros:

Can't beat location if you are visiting FSU. The price is good too, in comparison to other Bonvoy hotels in the area. Rooms: a little worn out. Noisy if facing street. They do leave earplugs in the room which is nice. The beds are super comfy. During our most recent visit, we couldn't figure out how to use the phone to call front desk. No dial tone? We call it the slippery hotel because 3 out of the 4 times we stayed here, the wood floor near the door inside the room was extremely slippery. Dining: The chef loves butter. I didn't have the heart to send the food back because the server was alone and very busy. For example, a "bagel with cream cheese (no mention of butter)" has butter on on the bagel and cream cheese on the side?? Toast is drenched in butter as well, with extra butter on the side. One of the cream cheese packets was cracked open and they were room temperature instead of cold. Maybe they don't have to be refrigerated? Lots of sticky surfaces in bar/dining area. They gave us a welcome cookie at check in. It was a sugar cookie, and it was not prepackaged, so I assumed it was fresh baked. I wasn't expecting it to be so hard and stale and it hurt my tooth. Parking: A little bit of a tricky turn getting into the parking lot and at least once when we were there, the lot's lights were out and it was pitch black walking to the car at night. But they don't charge for parking which is nice, and hard to find these days. Bathrooms: Barely any TP on the roll when we checked in, and it was just messily torn and dangling. Only one extra roll provided. Our bathroom had a clogged sink (or the drain plug was broken), so dirty water took a few minutes to drain. I wouldn't care except when we used the sink, the old dirty toothpaste water splashed everywhere. It took a REALLY long time to get hot water in shower (maybe because we were on a high floor). They only provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer, so if you need or want bar soap or facial soap, bring your own. We keep coming back because of the location and price, and we just deal with all the quirks.

It was ok
Pros:

It was ok. Room: beds were comfortable although small (full size). Air conditioning worked well. Front desk was underwhelming- I could barely hear the front desk clerk, he didn’t explain anything (for example handed me a sheet of paper but didn’t explain to put it on my dashboard). The bar and restaurant was too expensive for the type of hotel ($50 for breakfast for 2). The shining star was Roxanne who served us breakfast- she was fast, efficient and a went above and beyond.

Roxanne made our breakfast an amazing adventure with her excellent service and kind heart!
Pros:

We had a fabulous experience at the four points hotel! The staff was amazing, especially Roxanne our breakfast server! She went above and beyond, she was so incredibly kind and accommodating! It was actually quiet because we were there early, and she took the time to sit and chat with us! She made us the most amazing and delicious hot chocolate! Roxanne was a joy! Everyone there did a fabulous job! Each staff member we dealt with was very accommodating and nice!
Thank you!
It’s also a cool shape 😁 the room was clean and the coffee in the room was actually really good!
