No communication. No tells you anymore

Cons:

Communication of staff. No one tells you anything until you check out. When I checked in that morning the attendant told me everything was OK . I told him about the dog. He said that it was taken care of. When I checked out the lady at the counter said have a nice day everything is okay. Original fee was 98 dollars on Booking.com. with tax 116. I received a bill for 230 dollars with no expiration. No one I talked to could explain why so much difference

Pros:

Close to the scope arena. Clean and staff was friendly and responsive

Cons:

The pool was closed except for the ducks in it, our toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, and I wasn’t told we had to pay extra for parking and have $100 incidentals charge on my card until we checked in. That’s something I should have known ahead of time. And someone should really consider dusting the light fixtures in the hallways /by the elevators

Pros:

The location was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Our room wasn't cleaned. There was crap in the tub, a used wash cloth hanging from the shower rod and a shit stain on the sheet. We would have left had it not been for us getting back to the room so late. We also didn't get our breakfast vouchers upon checkin

Dirty, broken and disappointing.
Pros:

The location was good. The staff at the Bistro were excellent. Helpful. The food was good.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Stains on walls, bathroom had caulk missing and dirty. Toilet did not work properly. The hotel only cleans once every 3 days even after I asked them to please clean mine. I actually spoke with 2 different people. Half the elevators did not work. Pool was green and the list goes on. Disappointing experience will not recommend.
