Not great rooms are old and cold and I booked a king and on check in they alerted me that my room was under construction

The conditions of the room and the hotel was very poor. There was an odor in the hallway the hot you in the face, the room was in state of disbelief that we had to go to store and get a blanket in hopes to stay the night, however i went home to sleep in peace

Disappointing, especially considering the price of the room.
Cons:

When we arrived at 1am after a day of traveling the lobby was full of people blasting loud music. The first room we were given had not been cleaned and we had to be given another room. The hotel had 4 elevators, of which only one was operational and at one point during our stay the only working elevator broke down and we had to take the stairs to the 8th floor. The air conditioning was non functional in the common areas, but did work in the room itself.

It was disgusting. The entire hotel smelled awful. It was so humid inside that everything you touched felt sticky. Dont bother booking a suite either because they are all built next to the elevators on each floor and they are LOUD. It’s all you’ll hear all night. There are also a bunch of other odd noises coming from the AC as well. The towels had hair on them. The water from the faucet in the bathroom shot out sideways and splashed everywhere. I would NEVER stay there again. The bottom of my white socks were black by the end of the night from the dirty, stick floors. 0/10
