Awful do not recommend
Pros:

Terrible customer service. The property said they would waive the fee that I had an excused reason but the hotel manager went out of their way to not waive and decided I should be charged anyway within mins of booking.

Pros:

I was really disappointed because I called the front desk 5 times and they didn’t answer. I wanted to just ask for a call wake up but, I was able to get my phone to do it. I also felt bad for the kitchen staff. They had a huge party come in and the kitchen and bar area meaning stuff wasn’t ready for it. People left because no one ever came over to them for their order. I even dropped my menu off the them lol
