Overall it was a nice trip with family, but some of the accommodations were in question. The custom.
Pros:

Being able to eat breakfast with the family was a great option

Cons:

The elevators kept going out, and some of the towel’s in the room were dirty and the water didn’t work fully.

I would not recommend a stay at this facility. It was way too outdated.
Pros:

The lobbies were the only nice thing.

Cons:

The area. The fencing around the property spoke for itself. The rooms were outdated. The walls were painted over and had bubbles in the paint. The bathroom doors did t slide all the way shut. The toilet was right next to the wall. The hallways smells like marijuana. The elevators were shaky and only one worked the 4 days I was there. The parking was not great due to having to climb up stairs.

They continued to run out of linens. Hotel was overbooked due to tournaments. Bathrooms smelled like sewage. Locked out of out room. Took hours ti get towels and linens. Only one elevator worked for a sold out hotel.

One elevator out of 4 working; Having to wait....Alot of people moving up and down the elevator. No washcloths first day. Door to room already open when we arrived. No Microwave in room; Ice machine on 11th floor didn't work.
